Well obviously as time goes forward things change but why are you complaining about those games when Bully has the exact same lock on aiming system.

Because Bully was before GTA 4 and if you are comparing the shooting to past GTA games pre-4, the shooting in old GTA games sucked monkey balls through a straw. They are somewhat better in Bully with sniping, wiimote aiming and because the game isn't based on shooting as one of its main mechanics, unlike GTA. It would be like the jumping in Mario being "off".

The ending was pretty epic, that made playing it almost worth it.

Did you do all the side missions?

But again I had no problem with shooting in old GTA games and the best parts of this game had you shooting like old GTA.

I found my own fun outside of the missions. Maybe I've just got a sadistic streak in these GTA type games, but in GTA I would typically sniper rifle as many as people as possible; or ram and run over as many people as possible to see how much trouble I could get into, and then see if I could get away from the cops.

In Bully I would slingshot snipe the football players from a distance. Or wreak havoc by skateboarding by some jocks and throwing down firecrackers and watch them curse and run after me. Sometimes I would get caught and have to fight my way out. Other times I would see if I could stuff people into bins in the school without the prefects noticing.

I love Bully because of its innate charm and personality as well as the completely unique to gaming setting, as well as the comedy. It's really one of my favourite games ever and I hoped you guys would like it too.

I've said exactly that in prior posts. Except for the love part.  I thin kI am a bit too removed from the release date and also too much of a GTA addict to be able to enjoy these things as games any more.  They are just time cards for a punch clock.  But tat's on me.
