Busted.
I finihsed edge of nowhere, I posted this on gaf, I'll have a full review later.
Finished Edge of Nowhere, it has potential but it's way too small a game. Took me under 4 hours on hard. There are decent mechanics only used in a few ways so it's a si like game with zero replay ability. It does tell an interesting story and really the storytelling tricks with VR is the only thing worth experiencing. The ending in particular shows the power of VR. At $40 I would not recommend this game
Some guy jumped at me saying this is what you should expect from earrly VR games blah blah, making bullshit excuses already.
My rift HDMI cable is broken, I no longer get video. Seems to be a common problem. Now I have to wait to get a replacement cable.

Did you tug on it too hard and for too long?

Did you step on it?

It seems it gets twisted and it's a common enough problem that a Google search brings up a lot of the same complaints. That said my wire is torn in a few spots and I have a feeling my sisters cat bit my wire.
SteelAttack said:Cat not fond of VR confirmed.
Cats are just shitheads, more reason why dogs are so much better.
Cat should scratch your balls off while you're in VR. It's like an open goal.
Lol, oh no.
