Just finished Breaking Bad s2 ep 8.
Still waiting for the quality to go up. The only way I can watch this series is by surfing the net in the background. Feels like it either needs to go all comedy or hardcore seriousness. Script is flat, camera work is average, no hint of cinematography?

Perhaps you are defective? 
It gets better as it goes on, every season is better than the last till the end which is the best tv I have ever seen.
At this point I have to keep watching.
I don't know how it was I fell asleep about halfway through.

I guess that tells you how it was.
I'm still not feeling it for Suicide Squad, not liking Leto's Joker and all the other characters seem pretty meh to me. I'm not really a big DC fan though so I don't know although I have enjoyed other DC movies before. Personally I'm more interested in Batman V Superman.
Why not rent Assault on Arkham? That's a good short Suicide Squad movie. See if you're into the concept

Maybe. I'm not really a big fan of DC anyway though.
On season 3 episode 6 of Breaking Bad. It's more interesting now but still rather mundane. Stuff like affairs mid life crises, money trouble etc all approached and scripted in a very predictable and un-entertaining way.
Its good to see Big Jim Rennie aka Hank is still a badass

Watching a Channel 4 drama mini-series called Top Boy on Netflix about drugs and gangs on a fictional Hackney housing estate. It's a lot better than I though it would be.
Breaking Bad is so hit and miss. There are whole episodes which are complete shit where nothing happens.

Sometimes I'll watch an episode and it just ends and I think: REALLY? THAT'S AN EPISODE? THAT'S WHERE YOU END IT? Where is the tight plotting in this show? The writing just isn't there.
Saw Avengers Age of Ultron.
Not bad, I don't get the complaints. Was about as good as the first movie. I could have done without the massive swarm of enemies near the end which is like the end of every Transformers movie. Hope Justice League avoids this.
