Just finished the four shrines and returned to the Hyrule mainland. Game looks quite nice. Some impressive draw distance when falling from the sky. Really like the cloud effects. This game is really squeezing all the juice it can from the Switch. It’s pretty impressive.

Don't feel comfortable having the switch in my bag in ass hot countries. Or locked in hotel safes.
Prefer to dedicate a lot of time to play it all at once.

Yes, it's noticeably better looking than BotW. Sunsets are gorgeous.
Last one for now. Its only been out for one day.

Is that the one with the dick flamethrower then the balls explode and blow the whole thing up? If so then yeah I saw it and was indeed awesome.
Even the towers have cool puzzles that you have to figure out in order to access them. There is one that has constant rain and thorns everywhere. It felt great when I finally solved it.
Watching Maximilian streaming this on Twitch. He’s got an mclassic and a 4K gamer pro hooked up to the Switch and cleans up the graphics quite nicely.
The game is just brilliant with so many inventive puzzles. Do not think this is BotW dlc. Its far more than that. There's areas Nintendo had not even hinted at in the game. Areas almost as big as Hyrule itself. If one big complaint about this game's predecessor is that Hyrule felt empty then Nintendo heard those complaints loud and clear. There are people everywhere, side missions in completely unexpected places and cool distractions at every turn.
Does it get annoying? I hear you can save blueprints for quick creation but only if you find something specific.
I've played 2 hours and am already sick of the building.
I'm too young to be this grumpy. Too young and too beautiful.
I don't really mind it but haven't dived too deep, usually making the bare minimum to get by. I need an afternoon to just sit and fiddle around. The good thing is that it is not the whole game like Nuts N Bolts, just a small fraction if you choose. Or go all out and make your own Hyrule worlds, whatever you desire. I will say thst attaching a rocket to a minecart then blasting off is one of the most satisfying gaming moments ever.
Yep, it's fantastic. Had to improvise a couple of times like when I made a platform with all three hooks for the railing and accidentally dropped them off the ledge. I had to cut down several trees and fashioned a cage over the railing. I had to push it off the ledge and hop on as fast as I could. On Hyrule, I got caught in a bokoblin lair, completely outnumbered. I quickly ascended to the top of the lair and lo and behold, there was a boulder on top. I was able to wipe them all out with that boulder.
Everything feels so improved from BotW. I'm really loving this.
