Seems like I bought the game yesterday. I'll probably leave it untouched till the start of my holiday end of next week. If anyone wants to try and get an online game going over the christmas period, I'm game.
I was going to buy it, then I saw IGNs new video titled: DO WE EVEN NEED A NEW MASH?
I was hungry, so I thought yes. Yes we do.
This adventure mode is too big for its own good. I still have like 40 characters or more to unlock. It's so addicting. But I haven't played with my friends yet so it's missing that. No matter how good the content gets nothing replaces a bunch of friends on a couch playing together.

Eh, I’d say no new one. The original was great with Hawkeye, Trapper and Frank. The later seasons were even better.
Gagan is on era talking about changes between melee and ultimate, saying shit I don't even understand. I've always played smash at a basic level, all this advanced shit goes over my head. I understand how it effects the feel of the game but since I don't use those techniques it's never bothered me.

I played Smash online against strangers once on WiiU and got my ass handed to me so badly I've never bothered to try again. I'm perfectly happy with that decision.

I got all the characters unlocked recently and have now been spending more time in the World of Light mode and man it’s huge. Really love all the different variables that they’ve put into the various fights. It’s fun finding the different spirits to help you out in the different fights. One can spend a lot of time in this mode.
I feel world of light is too big and keeps me away from playing the game proper. It's fun but I probably should get online and play the real smash.
I’m just starting World of Light and I’m really digging it. It’s going to be a time sink, that’s for sure.

I started it a couple of days ago. Found it to be pretty hard, even on 'normal'.
This is the best smash game. Just so good on every level.
The World of Light area is so cool. I really think we need a Smash RPG with towns and areas like these.
Spirits are a game changer, my god it's addictive to try all these insane fights. They do such a great job to replicate fights against hundreds of unique characters, every fight is new! Adventure mode basically puts spirits into a map, it works. Classic mode is better than ever, every character hasn't their own themed fights and boss fight!!! So much content, I will never run out of stuff to do.
I didn't have some laggy matches with ransoms but with friends it played like I was at home with them.
King K Roll is very fun to play as. Inkling is perfect, it's just like playing splatoon, all the rules carry over like painting the floor and being able to swim faster through it. I just u locked Simon, seems like a blast.
