Does the Punisher feed into the Defenders or should I just stick to Jessica Jones/Iron Fist/Luke Cage and Daredevil before Defenders?
I started the first season of Narcos. I’m enjoying it, but it’s a show I can’t just sit back and watch. I have to use my phone and check out the real life bios and stories of everyone on the series.
I know the large brush strokes of the series are true, but I don't think a lot of the details are quite is accurate. But hey, regardless of how you watch it, just make sure you go through all three seasons.
robio said:I just finished the second season of Castlevania on Netflix. Quite good. The ending game very abruptly I thought, but they have done a good job of setting up things to come and season 3. They also created some original characters who will all likely have a large part to play down the road. Kind of makes you wonder how Konami has not been able to do this with the series in many many years.
What a coincidence, I just watched the last episode of the second season about an hour ago as well. Really enjoyed too and am looking forward to the next season. At the very least I would love to see Konami bring out a comprehensive Castlevania collection for the current systems much like Capcom has done with the Mega Man games.

Well, we did just get Requiem. I guess that's something. Then again, when you consider that requiem is essentially a remembrance of the dead, that might be saying all there is for the future of the series.
Anyone else watching House of Cards? We're currently 3 episodes into the last season, and I'm not liking it. **SPOILERISH** I'm not sure if this will become a chronicle of Claire's demise or a triumphant overcoming of her challenges, but the stakes have been raised so high with every season that the antagonist now is so ruthless and all powerfull it's nearing comedy villain territory. I prefered the 'I am ruthless and I'm making you, the viewer, complicit' over the 'I'm helpless and lets both just try to stay afloat' that we seem to have now.
I finished all the Marvel Netflix series.
Daredevil is the best overall. Iron Fist and Luke Cage were cancelled, I hope because they are doing a team up series.
Anyone know if JJones is getting resurrected?
Finished S2 of The Seven Deadly Sins, much better than season 1.
I am at Episode 9 in Daredevil Season 3 and am loving it, great show. I tried a couple of episodes of Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones but I just couldn’t get interested in them enough to keep watching them.
I watched Daredevil Season 3 it was great.
I stopped halfway through episode 2 of season 2 of Jessica Jones, I didn't start Iron Fist and I only could watch 1 episode of Luke Cage.
I liked Season 1 of Jessica Jones but season 2 was boring to watch.
Daredevil is basically the only Marvel Netflix show I like outside of Punisher.
I did watch all of Defenders which was okay. I would be fine with an Iron Fist and Power Man (Luke Cage) team up.
Luke Cage is good. Episode 1 is very boring but the series gets better. If I were to rank the shows:
- Daredevil
- Jessica Jones
- Defenders
- Iron Fist
- Luke Cage
I was tempted to watch that today. I stopped Black Mirror a while back but need to get back into the show.
I've been watching Sabrina on Netflix loosely based on the old kids show. It's pretty decent truth be told but the main character is getting rather whiny and annoying.
GG - I'm looking at Seven Deadly Sins. I saw that you mentioned the second season is much better than the first. Do I need to start with the first or can I jump directly into season 2?
Oh, by the way I'm in the middle of Haunting of Hill House and it's fantastic. Good slow burn horror, but not too slow. And it does a great job of mixing psychological with supernatural. As an added bonus, there's nothing real gory (not yet anyway), which is always a major turn-off for me in horror movies. I've gone through the first five episodes, and I think I have five more to go, but I definitely give this a recommendation.
Finished season 1 of Iron Fist. It's a decent show, I find the casting of the main character to be pretty bad though.
