Well done Edgy, pat yourself on the back.
Yeah the ending does not lend itself to a sequel that well. They could do a prequel, but Xenoblade X is clearly not a prequel to Xenoblade. The only thing X has in common with Blade is the Noppon.
Is Xenoblade 2 even really a sequel? Or is it the same case as Final Fantasy where its only the name & general gameplay that's the same?

I have no clue, unless the planet that they are one is the planet that you see in the end of Xenoblade. But where are all the Homs, Machina and High Entia? I have only seen Noppon!
It's not called Xenoblade 2 is it? I think that they just figured that the Xenoblade moniker is of better value than the Xenosaga one by now.
It can't really be a sequel, seeing as it's about a colony from earth, whereas earth got destroyed in the original Xenoblade.

The whole universe got destroyed in Xenoblade 1. In the end the universe is rebuild, so that means earth could have come back. In X the earth get destroyed too.

You're probably right, since you seem to be much more knowledgeable about the game than I am, but I can't recall that happening. You see the universe when Shulk awakens in space. It might only be a recollection of Zanza or Alvis, but I don't remember (and good luck trying to find anything about it online) that being explicitly stated. In the end it doesn't matter though

Supreme.
Obviously spoilers.
You have been warned
Klaus en Mayneth were scientist on earth experimenting with creating a new universe. Mayneth wanted to check the calculations, Klaus wanted to play god. And they did create a new universe, but they destroyed the current one in the process. Alvis the quantom computer, uses Mayneth and Klaus who now calls himself Zanza to create a universe in their image. The monado is nothing more that interface between Zanza, Mayneth and Alvis. Alvis is just a computer, a powerful one at that, but he needs input.
After Shulk defeats Zanza, Alvis wants him to create a new universe. But Shulk does not want to, he wants a universe without gods. So the universe goes back into its infinite form. It is all in the ending.
So I cracked this game open again at the weekend to see where I was.
128 hours in, level 75.
Last played in January, 2012 that's over 3 years ago.
So I thought, why not? And where did I emerge out of my save? In front of fucking Lorathia. Having not played the game for 3 years how the heck am I going to remember how the battle system works.

U.
You need to level up a few more levels.
gamingeek said:To what level and how much longer is left after that bitch?
Well you should be able to easily beat that fight by level 77. And to finish off the game I was level 79 but it was TOUGH. So you wanna be at least around level 80 to finish the game.
Just use that area right outside the fight you're at now to level up some.
I pull on him on occasion.
