Got home around 6:00 and desperately needed to unwind. Popped in Mario Maker. It was light out when I started, dark when I finished. I've forgotten why I needed to unwind in the first place...
Two hours, forty-five minutes later, my "Under the Sea, One - Three" creation is done:
Check it out at: 2155-0000-003A-2454
I'll look at the rest of all of yours later. I never expected to spend so much time making a level! I didn't get a chance to "play" anything else!
I am VERY satisfied with this level. Definitely the busiest, probably the most intricate. Not in a tricky way, but there's a lot going on!
I never liked Mario Underwater levels until I just created my own!
Wow! I said it once, I'll say it again: Nintendo's best work in YEARS!!
I spent almost three hours making the level I finished earlier.
I'm trying to only make one level a day; though I did make two on day 1 I just didn't upload them.
My nephew on his profile he has made 10 levels so far.
Dvader said:Leo loved it. You levels seemed to have a theme, they felt like a natural progression of difficulty. The first level was a simple but fun mario level, nothing challenging but it doesn't have to be. Second one started to test my skills. Keep it up.
I think one level had multiple paths... Or was that Leo's, I don't remember.
Thanks! The split path one was mine!
Ok played your new levels here are my impressions, again totally honest.
Leo 1-3 was cool but had too much going on for me, still a very good level.
Gemini-red your two castle levels are great, the SMB3 one is probably my favorite user level so far. It felt totally like a SMB3 level. It flowed perfectly from start to finish. Good job.
Ninty I played battle, I had issues. I went the top route and ended up at a door that took me back to the start. I tried the lower route, it had no mushrooms so one hit deaths everywhere, I had to slowly get through fire and I made it to a point where I found the door that takes me to the next area and at some point there is a blind jump where you have to use a bullet to bounce but I didn't know that the first time so I died. I did find an easier path to the door and finally finished it but again it felt a bit disjointed. Some great ideas there though.
Pt head are just my opinions, what I like May not be what others like, don't forget that.
So why are you guys linking long codes for levels? Can't you just bring up Wii U friends list and the levels are there?

Nope, can't link levels through miiverse. But once you find a level you can heart the creator to easily access everything they make.
I have an interesting idea for a series of levels... I need to pry myself off MGSV though to try it.

Vader on that part where you said that you had to make a blind jump onto the bullet bill which part was that if it was near the end I placed a Koopa to jump on I only put the bill launcher to make it look like it was shooting into the other ship.
If it was the first part with the donut blocks on the other side I borrowed from Kit from Nintendo Minute's level.
I have an idea for another level that multiple path from my previous level was an accident I wanted the player to go the top path before going through a door to the lower path I kept falling while I was testing so I put places where the player could back to the obstacle that they fell on. But I reached the object limit so I couldn't cover every shortcut.
But my next level will have a split path because somebody pointed out you can have two warp pipes lead to the same exit if I understood him correctly. Actually each warp pipe needs to connect to another but you can place warp pipes in the same spot so you can have multiple exits.

Really? How so? A few things were in my mind making the level: I wanted to make somewhat tight quarters in parts to make skilled swimming a must. Mario underwater levels always give me a feeling of claustrophobia and cramped spaces with a lot of frantic swimming. I put copious Fire Flowers throughout the level cause if you don't take out some of the enemies they'll chase you straight through to the end... ESPECIALLY the Lakitus! There's also times when being smaller is an advantage. You die from one hit, but you're much more maneuverable and your hit area is tiny too.
Just unlocked the Castle Kit this morning! Can't wait to make my first Bowser battle!
New level is in my signature.
Two Paths (A207-0000-003E-09D7)
I started out wanting to make a level with two paths and I wanted one to be easy while the other was harder.
They eventually became one about killing enemies while the other involves moving platforms and falling platforms.
I tested it to make sure both paths are able to be beaten.

But shouldn't you be able to bring up an in game friends list of levels without this BS?
Made a trolling level, but once you figure out what I've done you can get through it pretty easily.

It's Nintendo, dude.
I hope in an update we get a night theme. I have an idea that involves two similar levels but one is day and the other is night.
Also a level based on Metropolis and Gotham City have one be day and the other night but have the Gotham sub area be a harder version of Metropolis with some different city platform layout.
