I finished the only worthwhile Zelda game: Wind Waker. Grinning

The easiest and shortest (they cut two dungeons to get it out early).

At least it kept my interest all the way to the end, unlike all other Zelda games that became boring halfway through. Longer and harder doesn't mean better.

I like the cut of your jib.

Now Playing: King's Bounty, Demon's Souls, BF1943
Now Listening: Karl Blau- Zebra, Atlas Sound- Logos

When you can beat the game with your feet, I think you can pick it up a bit in difficulty.

Yes it's the easiest, but only shortest perhaps if you cut out the overdrawn ten minute waits as you drift across the ocean.  Otherwise, you're going to have to go with The Minish Cap as shortest, or perhaps Adventure of Link.

But again, I deride your Zelda evaluating abilities!

So I've played up to the part where you get your Ocarina back and you can actually save the goddamned game.(I hate games that make you play for more than an hour before the first save presents itself... sometime I just want to check a game out to get a feel for it.)  I really like what I've seen so far.  The game has a whole lot more personality than the other 3D Zeldas.

Yeah that is the most annoying part of the game. You have to work your way to the point where you play the song of time to save it.

I haven't had much time to go back to it after the initial first day I played it, but I had a question. Got the Ocarina, Got the song to slow/speed time, went to the Swamp, found the guy with the magic beans, Got to the Waterfall Dungeon and got a song from an Owl there. I can warp directly THERE from the beginning of the day now, right? I don't have to repeat the whole process over again... Right?

Yeah I think so, as long as you saved the game. Remember when you hit an owl statue, not the warpstone. It saves and when you start from that the save essentially disappears until you either hit another owl statue to save or reset the day cycle (where it permanently saves)
