Because the're cheap, and they can then sell you remakes for full price.
I have played the first 2 hours of The Thing. Gave up on it when I became disoriented in a snow storm at some point. BUt I am looking forward to getting to try it again.

This is the first game in a long time that I play that has no objective arrow or map, I almost got lost too. Remember always follow the blue flares.

Exact same thing happened to me when I played it. But wandering about blindly in the storm was enjoyable...
The vote so far is
Bulletstorm - 3
Rage - 2
Resistance - 2
Max Payne - 1
Gears - 1
BTW you can change your vote at any time so if you see the game you want out of the running you can switch to influence the vote in other ways.
Aspro dont be ashamed to use a guide of the thing, I wandered around for 10 minutes cause I missed a key in the corner of a room.
The game is good but I am kind of shocked to see it has so much action. you are always shooting things and there seems to be near infinite ammo. I thought the game would be a more RE slow paced game but instead you get rooms where waves and waves enemies attack you.
I watched the movie tonight just so I dont miss references. Sadly the game has no where near the creature design that the movie had.
Bulletstorm. That'll go down as one of the underrated gems of this generation.
I'll change my vote to Bulletstorm. I forgot how much fun it was.

I have the movie on my DVR to watch before I play. It was a very atmospheric game as I recall.
I thought you aready played Crysis 2 for some reason....but I pick Bulletstorm.
Glad you like The Thing.
Dvader said:Bully is done. The winner of the last round is The Thing so I will get started on that. I am going to open up voting to the Ring of Fire on GS as well so the votes will be combined.
Next category is:
DUDEBRO! GIVE ME SOME DORITOS AND DEW!
1. Gears of War 3
2. Max Payne 3
3. Bulletstorm
4. Crysis 2
5. Rage
6. Resistance 3
Well it's about time. You've gone from lists of games I've never played to a list where I've played every game.
Gears 3 is the best of the bunch but I vote for Bulletstorm first because it's an excellent game as well plus it's hilarious.

It seems like you wont get any at this rate.
Edge I played the first, and tried out the 3D of Crysis 2 for a little bit.
Aspro this is nothing, I got so many more games to put up for vote.

You live up to your reputation, that is something to be proud of.
