This-trailer seems to be the best video, showing the controls, music et al.

Repeat post^ but its the best video that shows you how it works. How simple it is.

OMG guys have you tried table tennis 2?

Wooooooooooooooooow. Completely unexpected, they take it to space and mess with the camera and it goes crazy. So cool.

I love Lock Step too, it was the only game I couldn't do but the remix helped me get the timing right.

Lock step is awesome once it clicks on how to get on to the off-beat.  i found lock step 2 easier than the first one (i guess because once you get it then you can do it even if the song is a little more complex).  Table tennis 2 took a few tries but once you start just playing to the beat and stop watching for the ball it's ok.

my major problem now is ... remix 8.  WTF?  how do i do this?  it's just insane

Oh its so sweet. That game it starts and you're like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But you master it and its so satisfying. I have beat all the games now, need a couple more medals and then perfects in lots. Were you suprised by all the content here?

Right up to the end you are still unlocking stuff. Even the end credits are playable.

The ONLY negative I can even think of with this game is that the DS speakers are too weak and you need a great pair of headphones because you want to listen to the fantastic music tracks.

i agree it has a good amount of content.  i still have a few to do and i've only got about 15 perfects

So this game is actually worth $30.  This or Elite Beat Agents, which one wins?

I have these bass heavy headphones and it sounds muted. I use these JVC portable ones and its so clear and great, I jack the volume up all the way. I think I may start playing this in the car, hook it up to the car stereo to play at lunch.

Elite Britney agents? With popular pop songs and westernised characters? FAIL.

Watch some videos of Rhythm Heaven. It's awesome. The Rockers Guitar game is sublime.

rockers guitar is not bad.  certainly much better than the ghost one.  i did remix 8, wasn't so hard once i realised how fast i really had to go, i was like neo when he figures out the matrix Nyaa

vader, it's a tough choice, and if it were between ouendan and rhythm tengoku i'd have easily said ouendan but i felt that elite beat agents lost a lot of what made ouendan special where as this one was just translated but i imagine it's just a pretty straight forward translation.

i've hit another brick wall.  i just can't beat the second moai statue game.  i know what i'm supposed to do but the passages are too long and i forget them when it comes to repeating them.  i'm thinking it may be time for me to put this back on the shelf and just look forward to let's tap.

Close your eyes and do it. A good tip on the moai game is to get your taps right, they have to be very succint. Anything more than a momentary tap registers as a slight hold and release.

So best thing to do is to close your eyes to remember the sounds and rhythm and when you have to tap for the vocal pops, tap hard, tap short and dont slide the stylus about accidentely whilst doing it.  Oh and if you cant beat it look out for the option in the cafe to skip it.

i have now completed all of the 50 mini games comprising this game, have got a medal in about half of those and a perfect in at least 15.  i thoroughly enjoyed all of it with the exception of a couple of annoying mini games here and there.

GG is any of the unlockable content worth spending time with or should i put this on the shelf for the time being?

I got medals in all of them and have all the perfects but 11.

There is a lot of unlockable stuff, most is listening to tracks in the cafe or read something stuff. But there is a battle of the bands game right at the end, with expert guirtar lessons. Love that stuff.

Where is Darth BTW? Or Monkey?

So I got the vocal soundtrack CD. I thought it would be all the tracks done vocally or perhaps the vocal tracks and then the instrumentals on the side. Nope.

What you get is a disc with 32 tracks. Only its the same 5 tracks done in different languages. Yes if you ever wanted to hear Karate man in German, Spanish, French, English and Japanese, well here is your chance.

Basically you get these tracks in English:

Karate man

Monkey Clapping one

Credits

Frog dance one

That one with the windows and girls

The japanese section has 3 more tracks but those are the remixes i.e harder versions, so Karate man 2 for instance and they have a bit more pizazz.

I only really like 2 of the 5 availible tracks as well. Karate man and the credits.

They have a live version of the monkey clapping song but its the same thing with a crowd clapping along. Bollocks.
