So I watched a news programme yesterday and they talked about Engineers.
One dude mentioned how engineers build Holland, which is true because without them Holland would be under water right now, but are still under appreciated. They are not only under appreciated by the general public, but also by the companies. Of all higher educated people, engineers get paid by far the least. 
But one dude put it differently. Engineers that do engineers work are paid the least. Many engineers go work somewhere else like a manager function or go to work in banks. They get paid 10 times more then engineers doing the work they supposed to do.
And I just turned down a job offer for a traineeship for project manager function that day.
