When Jamie says that some of the subtitles are off, I'm thinking he knows Japanese fluently and I am so god-damn impressed.  And you say the pacing is off in Yakuza 3? I have not played the game, but you are clearly out of your mind.  The game is perfect.  There can be no criticism of it, as it is a perfect game.

They were clearly trying to establish the new priorities in the protagonist's life, setting you up for probably an ubershock later (like finding all the children decapitated).  That's not a spoiler, since I have not played the game and I doubt it will happen, but it has to be part of establishing the values of the character.

The Pokewalker does sound cool.  If I were a kid I'd be so obsessed with it.

Rewind in gameroom is a good idea for the way people play these days.

50 Cent story is incredible, I need to play that game. G-Unit is a group. I kind of skimmed around here. I have FFIII, I only got through the cave and never played it again.

Pikmin will never come out. LOL, LOTR: BALLS. I like that the PS3/360 gets the mature LOTR game. Tretton on Natal, OMG that was an awesome statement on Natal. Love how Nintendo can say the same thing about Move. Very interesting listening to rumors about DS2 before 3DS was revealed. 360 didn't have flash drive support, wow.
