Yeah, it's actually a setting under File/Preferences/MP# Output. I am testing the 2/28 file now to see how much smaller it will make it, I'll test the audio and if it's okay I'll do that this week for the next podcast.
EDIT: At the lower bitrate it came out as 33 MB and sounds fine, so that's what I'll do.
