I recently downloaded the LittleBigPlanet soundtrack. Love that. Everything on it is good, but this is probably the most immediately recongizable song.

I did all that! (well apparently not), but whatever screw it. I'm done.
The intro to Chrono Cross has also been a long time favorite. Really both sound tracks are excellent. In fact, the 3-disc Chrono Trigger CD set was the first videogame soundtrack I ever bought, but if I had to pick one song from both games this would be my favorite:
KABOOM!
Edit: Awww... DAMMIT!
All the Kirby's Epic Yarn music videos have been taken off of YouTube. Now that game had AWESOME music!!
In this place you post all those pieces of videogame music that you love for one or another reason.
I'll start:
The Observatory theme in DQIX is awesome, the first time you hear that the emotiveness hits you hard like a hammer made of childhood memories and times gone by. It has all those elements that made 16-bit era RPG music truly unforgettable.
Not Tomorrow, from the original Silent Hill soundtrack. Another emotional piece of music that strikes you swiftly at a pretty fucked up moment of the game. This one has sadness written all over it. Sadness, despair and loneliness.
