I can't play more than a couple of hours of that game, so I'll take your word for it. I wish they would fix the controls and re-release it on Wiiware or something.

That artwork is amazing.

Zelda OoT biggest contribution is defintely Z-targetting or "lock-on". It revolutionized how we fought in a 3D space and we still use it today in many action games.

So much to do and find in this game. I remember how to get some of the hearts but not all. Did they change the bombchu game cause I do not remember a giant cucco.

You sure you will be recovered from your bacterial infection by then?

I did the bombchu game last night, it's pretty easy. This game, I have selective memory on it. I remember the all the temples up to the water one about 90% accurately. Then after that half the shit I forgot even existed. I remember the other stuff about 70% but only once it's appeared. So the shadow temple, bottom of the well and desert stuff (not the MGS style fortress sneaking - how could one forget that?) is relatively new to me. Oh man the desert temple when you arrive, whoa- the outside looks beautiful.

What hearts can't you remember and how can I help? I can't remember how to get the heartpiece on top of the volcano, I tried using the longshot (double length hookshot) no success.

Also I need to give this medicine to this lost woods guy but they say he has turned into a skulltala and disappeared.

One last thing, maybe my memory is off, but I thought you could milk the cows if you have a jar? How do you do this or am I thinking of Majora?

Give the wooden medicine to the kokire girl.

I think you need to plan that bean on the soil when you are a kid to get that heart piece. In the future it will be a hovering plant thing.

You can milk the cows by playing epona's song I think, or perhpas Zelda's lulaby or saria's song.

Thanks for the tips. Why didn't I think about the bean? I just did a bean to get a high heartpiece last night.

That girl in the forest didn't seem to want the medicine when I took it out. Any idea about who to give the wooden mask thing to?

The girl should give you a poacher saw. You got that one right?

The wooden mask, that's the ghost looking one right?

That one should be given to the kid in the graveyard. He wants to be scary like Dampe.

Who I am typing this mostly from memory, Have not played this game in years.

Did you know that, you can put bugs in the patches of dirt were you plant the magic beans? They will crap out a gold skulltula if you do. Also you know I you have collected all skulltulas in a area/dungeon if the golden skulltula icon appears next to the name of the area/dungeon

So Vader how many Zelda's did you get 100%. I mean fully 100% getting all upgrades, catching all fish, all hart pieces, the stuff?

Good memory you are correct on all those.

I have been doing a lot of side quest stuff. The attention to detail is brilliant, I went into the chest shop and found I could cheat using a special item. And once the mask quest is done the stones give you all this background gossip about the game too.

One thing that is pissing me off is the big poe quest. You have to be on epona to do it and there is one just next to the entrance to kariko that straddled an elevated platform so you can't shoot him. Add to that how he likes to weave in and out of the branches of a huge tree which obscrures your view.

I got all the skulltalla kids transformed but I just read that for getting all 100 you just get some rupees. I remember doing all of them way back in time on N64 but I'm not going to bother going for 100 at the moment, maybe later.

Did you take the masks to the forest stage in lost woods?

There are some surprises there if you do!

I don't know about catching all fish but getting all items and heart pieces almost all of them. The first game, alttp, LA, OoT, MM, WW (I did not do the picture thing though), and TP.

The picture thing does not count.

In TP 100% means, getting all hearth piece, getting all poes, getting all golden bugs, getting all treasure chests (not sure how to check if you found all), completing both caves, finding all hiden holes, gatching all fish with bobber and lure fishing, finding the sinking lure, finding all the the places the postman hides, completing the cave of ordeals twice,  getting all bomb bags and the bomb upgrade, getting the quiver upgrades, finding the magic armor, finding all the bottles, fixing all bridges and removig all blockades in hyrule field, getting the zoom eagle mask that allows you to zoom in, finding the secret graveyard in hyrule castle, learning all the sword moves, completing rollgoal and earning the frog lure.

Man the game is packed.

Orcarina of time 100% means getting all hart piece, finding all the golden skulltulas, getting all the masks, getting the quiver upgrades, getting the slingshot upgrades, getting the deku stick upgrades, getting the deku nuts upgrade, getting the bomb upgrade, finding all the great fairies, getting the big goron sword, finding all treasure chests, getting epona, getting ice arrows, learning the scarecrow song, catching the loach, finding the sinking lure, finding all the hidden holes, finding all the bottles and killing the skull kid so you can avenge for what he is going to do in Majora's Mask.
