Coming from a lifetime of Nintendo consoles, I'm constantly amazed at how cheap great games get on Xbox. I paid €7 for Dishonnored 2. In similar vein, I managed to buy physical copies of Deus Ex, Mass Effect Andromeda and Titanfall 2 for less than €10 each.
It's pretty much like that on any platform non Nintendo. lol
Not long ago I got a stack of about 20 PS4 games off Amazon for around $200. Most games that have been out for at least a few months you can get insane discounts on. It's weird how Nintendo never drop prices. Makes me wonder how much better their stuff would sell if they actually gave decent discounts.

I enjoyed the game immensely, but looking back on it, I don't know how I feel about it. The whole game is basically exploring the world, as the actual gameplay is very repetitive. The world itself is very much worth exploring though, but I do hope that if they continue down this path they add in more variety to enemy types.
It's also a great game to return to every so often, as there are bound to be bits and pieces of the map you have yet to explore.
I've bought the 2016 Doom. I'm not buying games very often now, but I chose to get this one for some reason.

I bought this on Switch, as much out of novelty as out of an actual desire to play the game. As such, I only played the first 3 hours of it before I drifted towards other games. I should return to it though, as I enjoyed what I played.
Downloaded the Expansion dlc for Breath of the Wild on the Switch. Time to play through the game again and on Master Mode now.
I picked up Mario Tennis Aces yesterday. I also reserved Red Dead Redemption 2.

Be sure to give some impressions on Mario Tennis. I'm really on the edge about this one. I'd love to get a new Mario Tennis game, but I can't get over the fact that it won't allow you to play a full match.
I bought a copy of Zelda Twilight Princess HD last night. This is how the Wii should have looked in 2006! Anyway, I haven't played this game in nearly a decade, and playing it now with the Wii U pad feels a little strange. It plays perfectly fine, and having the map/items on the pad screen is nice, but I wish it still had Wii Remote controls as an option.
I also made a Wii U purchase. I bought Super Mario Maker and spent a little time with it. I'm not big on the builder aspect, but seeing all these new "classic" levels are pretty cool.

Perfect price for a not perfect game.
Just preordered my copy of Dragon Quest 11. Just a little over two weeks away. I figured my ass will be permanently glued to my couch Labor Day weekend playing it. God I can't wait.
