As far as I'm concerned, the 3DS is next-gen to me!
After seeing that, I don't care for anything else right now! I want that! The game line-up for the 3DS has everything I always wanted in a handheld! And it's scary that this is just the beginning!
It's almost like what the PSP could've or should've been but never reached its potential, but ironically, will be met by the 3DS!
Damn I can't wait for it! But like always, I'm going to wait at least six months before I get my 3DS since I have a aversion of picking up new systems at launch. But I may pick up the games while waiting!
I need to save some money now! Who knows how much it will be. I'm guessing $199, maybe even $299! YIKES!
But holy crap, we can watch 3D movies on it!

I speculated that it'll be about the range of a portable PS2 and GC. Hell, that's fine with me!
It would just be awkward to see the 3DS more powerful than the Wii. But since it can do HD, maybe it is! LOL!

In specs it probably is more powerful than wii. Remember that it has to render the picture twice over for the 3D effect.

Don't know. Some guy on Gamespot is saying that it'll be download-only, which is probably bogus.
I'm guessing it'll be both, download and cart-based.
I'm most concerned with the battery power on this thing! The 3D feature will be like a virtual metroid sucking the life out of the system within minutes! I know you can turn that feature off but I'm not expecting a long-lasting battery with the system.
Hopefully we'll know soon.

Battery tech is vastly improving.
(1) IS THERE A DATE FOR IT YET?
(2) IS NINTENDO DOING THEIR ROUNDTABLE THIS YEAR?
But I won't be surprised if it had some sort of download feature that'll be much better than the DSiWare stuf, maybe like full DS games, GBA games, etc.
