Being a border city we’ve had one “bang, bang” night on the 1st and get another tonight.
We've been hearing neighborhood fireworks every evening for the last two weeks. Tonight will be the worst of it by far. And it'll likely continue all weekend too to a lesser degree.
I only like professional fireworks but haven't seen any since I got my dog in 2017.
I broke out the mouse wrist strap thing that came with the console to try mouse mode again.
Didn't realise using it while playing with split joycon makes the controllers more comfortable so you don't get the sharp edge of the magnetic rail rubbing on your hand.
If you get caught on a lamp-post using Jablonsky's ass crap pickup truck for a second he declares the mission over. Even if the car you're chasing is 50m away.
He then drives off bitching at you.
And you can't even blow him up , I blew the doors off his car but he was un killable.
I loaded a quick save and finally managed to get to the car and a firefight ensued.
At which point you're faced with a practically un killable swat team cop who soaks in multiple shots gun and precision rifles I have with virtually maxed out damage stats.
Jablonsky says to leave the target to him, but he doesn't seem to do anything. Is this a COD style mission which won't progress until I kill the target? As this cop won't die and his buddy shoots me in the back.
Edit - did it. And my client died at the same time I killed the target. Win win.
It's looks incredible, even better than the main game. There are like 5x as many NPCs in busy areas, the lighting is better quality with multiple sources.
The image detail is on another level even over the base game.
Really impressive as it was built with more powerful systems in mind.
Does make me wonder why they couldn't jam in more NPC density into the main game.

Be safe out there. We had a fifteen year in our town that blew his hand off with a firework earlier this week.
"Switch 2 dock DOES support VRR for TV play"
It's been a month since release and people still don't fully know what features the hardware has yet? Only Nintendo.
I've had mycar for nearly 4 years and I'm still not sure how the fog lights work.
Very curious what secrets might lie in the Switch 2 dock. Reminds me of the port at the bottom of the original NES.
You never had to blow on the cartridges. The console does it itself.
