Half-Life 3 is now "playable, end-to-end" And it could release later this year.

Says some youtube influencer.  Quite the relevent nuance there.

It's a free upgrade if you own the ultimate edition.

I'm a bit skeptical that we've seen no gameplay. I almost don't believe the graphics will look like that in gameplay. Like the Yakuza 0 cutscenes vs gameplay.

I'm still amazed that Scottish developers are.so good at making games that on the surface feel very American. At least their British humour is satirical.
