I guess I didn't play enough for it to affect my gsmeplay. I'm hopeful for a Switch 2 port...maybe.
On Switch it was 8 accounts.
Damn, I love Nintendo Music. So many classics.
I made it to the first Oblivion Gate in Kvatch. Weird graphical glitches abound! These diagonal lines are supposed to be little floating fire embers.
They're everywhere in this level. I rebooted my PS5 but it's still there. Three weeks after release, BTW.
The PS5 version seems inferior to the Series S version. Good to know when GTA6 releases.
I found a fix. It's caused by having Motion Blur enabled.
That cancelled Retro Studios game looks like Kameo. Meh fest.
I thought there was a 40fps performance mode?
Looks like Astral Chain dimension lol.
We already have file sizes for multiple 1st party games and they're all low. More in line with Switch 1 games than massive ps5 game sizes.
So would Nintendo be using an expensive 64gb card to hold an 11gb game?
Or are they saving small cart sizes for themselves and forcing 3rd parties to buy 64gb cards or go all digital?
That sounds like a bone headed and anti consumer, even anti business move that makes no sense.
The only other possibility i can think of is that whichever company is producing these carts only make them at a minimum size and isn't offering any lower data options.
I read someone speculating that because the carts have to be a new faster standard, they may have to come at a minimum size for technical reasons I can't explain.
I personally won't buy game key cards games. I'd rather wait months or years to get them Digital when on sale.
I think 3rd party games key cards sales will be low and they'll come to the conclusion that people don't want to buy 3rd party games on Switch2
For me the only reason I'd buy a game key card would be for it to be a game that I'm interested in but unsure whether I'd actually like it or not so I could resell it.
And even if I did like the game I'd probably sell the game key cards and wait on a sale for a digital version.
I actually did this with Lego City which I bought on cart in 2017.
Now in 2025 you can pay $6 for it on sale on the eshop.
The framerate bothered me.
I wish. All current gen games should offer one. Unfortunately, there's only 60fps Performace and 30fps Quality modes in the game. To be fair, my TV states it's running in the upper 50s most of the time; the stuttering is frametime hitches from loading in new areas and assets.
I picked up this T-shirt from Walmart this morning. I had to get it since it's the og 1991 Sonic the Hedgehog, which is my favorite one in the series.
I'd love to replay it. Have they toned down the procedural generated caves and towers?
