Another Nintendo Switch 2 leak has emerged and this time it is from Business Korea. The Korean publication claims a number of things, including that we could be seeing the Switch 2 release at the end of the year after all. The site also says that Samsung is the main component provider for the platform and that the system will use NVIDIA’s Tegra T239 chip, which means it would be similar in power to Sony’s PlayStation 4 with some ray tracing capabilities and DLSS. You can read the main points from the article in this handy summary from Reddit member Fidler_2K:
Important points:
Switch 2 is expected to launch as early as the second half of this year
Suppliers have reportedly reached a considerable degree of agreement for initial production contracts.
Samsung Foundry will fabricate the SoC on Samsung’s 7LPH process node
Samsung will provide the NAND storage for both the cartridges and internal memory
Samsung has overcome competitors from China to be the display supplier
This information has also been corroborated by OreXda, primarily a leaker for Samsung Electronics products:
The Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to launch as early as the second half of this year. Significant contracts have already been negotiated in the component industry for initial production.
Tegra T239 – produced by Samsung Foundry 7LPH
Display – Samsung OLED
With the exception that LCD models may be released first (Using Sharp Display)

Yeah, business article, confirmed by leaker. Not a leaker revealing it. Sounds legit. Also it seems to have magnetic joycons.
Not really sure about the magnetic joycons but I would certainly love to see the Switch 2 come out this year.
Yeah that was pretty cool. Nintendo should definitely bring that back.
And some good controllers that drift after three weeks of useage.
It's Friday evening. I has Stellar Blade, a pepperoni pizza, and an A&W root beer. Game time!
Nothing like a flavorful root beer.
I don't think they ever really fixed the joy con. My oled splatoon edition joycons randomly disconnect sometimes.
I don't think Switch 2 will launch this year.
I think business Korea is saying that based on the system being done and production scheduled to start. We heard Nintendo delayed it for the software to catch up and so they produce more so there wouldn't be shortages. I believe they'll just be producing units this year so they'll have stock for 2025 launch.
From all the chatter, its been ready to go for a while now, they could have released it this year if they wanted to.
Prime 4? I have to believe.
Metroid Prime Pinball 2
Did you guys remember that you can earn gold points from your switch game carts?
You have to insert the game cart, press + and select My rewards. Each game gets you 35 to 50 points.
Pikmin 4 has bonus points at the moment. There is a time limit and it doesn't work on imported games (my copy of Apollo Justice just arrived from abroad)
I checked my older games and earned around £5 of credit to spend on the eshop.
That's enough for two super cheap games or 1 more expensive. 🤔
Now I'm debating getting Outer Worlds.
Godamn, Snowrunner can go a little too far on the hard-core side.
There's this bug, I guess where it won't let you unload cargo sometimes. But then if you try again it works, so no problem.
So each (world) like Michigan has 4 areas.
Two of these areas do not have garages. You won't know this unless you look at the global map screen and look for the garage symbol crossed out. Without a garage (base) you can't recover and refuel via the menu.
So you drive miles from one area into the other, and if you tip your truck or run out of fuel you have to recover to a garage in the previous area. Meaning you have to schlep back to get back to the other area.
So I loaded up two trucks in a convoy, preloaded the materials I would need to do the mission. I drove from my garage to the next area. Drove miles to the cargo point, I had exactly the correct cargo only the game wouldn't accept it. Because somehow the wood and concrete I'd brought from one part of Michigan wasn't accepted. It wanted me to find resources in this area to deliver. Pain in the ass.
So I tried again but this time brought a big and fuel truck.
Now my problem is there's no room in this area to turn trailers around. I'm having to detach trailers then turn the truck, reattach and pull the trailer backwards.
I had no idea about that. Thanks Geek!
I prefer Fred Couples: 36 Great Holes. Which does sound kind of smutty.
