Yep, same boat. I have readers for reading books and ingredients on the back of the box. It was a terrible feeling when you know your vision is getting worse. The silver loning is everyone my age is losing their's too.
I had to get progressive lenses about 5 years ago. Solved most of my vision problems, except for really tiny print.
It was suggested that I pick up a pair of those last year. When I got my latest set of glasses. I was a little too stubborn and didn't want to admit that I really needed them, so I just got my standard pair. I regret doing that. This winter, I'll probably bite the bullet and get the progressives.
I feel the pain. I can't read my phone without taking off my glasses now. As a result, I'm constantly losing my glasses, because I forget to put them back on and then walk away from wherever I left them.
You need a glasses chain/strap.
I have one now. I walk about the house with a pair of glasses dangling on my chest.
Wearing a different pair of glasses.
These opticians screwed me over, the "reading" pair is all i need. The distance pair they said I needed just makes reading blurry.
And because of the quirks of their offers, I ended up with 2 pairs of the same distance pair and another reader.
On Amazon the same card is being sold at wildly different prices.
I have seen the 512gb price drop to £99 at the cheapest at the moment, an Integral brand card.
They were also the cheaper brand of normal sd cards, I bought them for switch 1 and they did crash a fair bit. So I switched to Sandisk and barely had any crashed.
If you shop around you can get two 256gb, so 512gb total for £80
If you're okay swapping between cards.
I was going to wait for a 2tb model but the prices are so high, even for a 2tb model I don't think its feasible.
I feel the internal storage is large enough that I can hold out on purchasing an express micro SD card in hopes that the price will come down a bit.
Mind you, by transferring our Switch1 data nearly the whole 256GB has been filled, but there are a lot of games there that we haven't played in years and which can be deleted to free up room. Out with the old, in with the new!
Some insane screenshots of Star wars Outlaws Switch 2 in the Resetera thread.
My game key card comes today. I assume the download will take a couple of hours lol.

I only have Mario Kart and Hogwarts and a small smattering of other stuff and a couple of demos. But I've already hit the capacity limit several times and had to delete stuff.
I don't even know if I'll be able to fit Outlaws without deleting, Mario Kart I guess.
I thought I'd be excited for FC7, but not really. I was excited for 6 and waited a while to buy it. When I did finally purchase it, the excitement quickly went away.
My only problem with a sequel is that we will be too familiar with Hogwarts having explored it so much in the first game. Will they keep the same basic map and change things similar to how TotK did it? Or maybe we visit a different school of magic.
Nah, I think it was the right call to allow you to create a new character during a different time period.
Yeah Im fine with Hogwarts Legacy as it currently exists, I just would like the same care put into the movies that inspired it.
Kind of like Star Wars, they're obsessed with making original games in the SW Universe. But I'd also like a proper Star Wars game which follows the events and characters from the movies.

They'll Dark world it, Nintendo style.
There's a lot of stuff clearly Zelda inspired here, but not as good.

My astigmatism is not bad enough where I can get contacts that correct, just bad enough to annoy me.

The Ezio Collection has dropped to £13.50 so like $15 ish for Assassin's Creed 2, Brotherhood and Revelations.
And the mega bundle has those 3 games plus Assassin's Creed 3, 4 and Rogue for £25 so like $30 ish?

Edit: Doom Eternal is 33gb FFS with all the DLC
Far Cry 7 is coming day and date with other versions. That Avatar game is coming, Beyond Good and Evil 2.
And 2 Rayman games, the first is a remake the second is Rayman 4.

Been hearing a lot of negative chatter about UE5 on Digital Foundry and on resetera.
Spotty performance, frame rate drops, bad Lumen performance etc.
One that mirrors the films and has as much content as possible in game. One where you age from year to year and have muggle world excursions.
Also have lots of side content.

Looks great on Switch 2, even handheld.
