Wonder how many people? 36? 18? 12?
I miss Sega Sports.
This weekend, I've been mostly playing Stellar Blade. Really enjoying it a lot so far. No noticable bugs or glitches; Looks and feels like a finished game, which is unheard of these days.
I also got back into playing Street Fighter 6. The new charaters are cool to fight against; I may buy them soon, so I can try playing them. SF6 is becoming my second favorite SF game.
This weekend I’ve been playing Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Both on Game Pass. Eiyuden Chronicle takes awhile to get going and has some annoyances but so far seems like an enjoyable spiritual successor to Suikoden. Jedi Survivor is a great sequel to Fallen Order so far. Am really enjoying that.
Been playing quite a bit:
Eiyuden Chronicles: Rising (gearing up for some sweet Suikoden nostalgia)
Megaton Musashi W: Wired (Level 5's answer to Armored Core)
LoZ: Tears of the Kingdom (adventuring in Hyrule for months now; always something to do!)
Just bought:
Stellar Blade
SaGa: Emerald Beyond
Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes
And so just to make some quickie reviews, Beverly hills cop is still awesome. LA Confidential is a goddamn masterpiece. And The Legend of Tarzan was seemingly an excuse to put the two best looking blonde people on Earth together in a movie, and have them look sweaty.
Damn. It's been forever since I watched Beverly Hills Cop.
I'll tell you too, one of the things that really struck me was how down to earth the movie really is. It's not over the top crazy and it doesn't have any really high stakes. It's basically just a revenge story if anything. It was really refreshing to watch that compared to what most modern comedy or action movies are like.
Been ages since I’ve seen Beverly Hills Cop as well. Also watched a couple of oldish movies this weekend as well, Clear and Present Danger and Charlie’s Angels. Enjoyed them back then and still enjoy them.
I played a bit of The Quarry and Peggle 2. I also watched most of the Mission Impossible movies because my son, who has never seen them, was in an action mood. MI 2 still sucks but the rest are fantastic.
