My Wii got bricked after I had hacked it, though more like 3 years after I hacked it. Funny thing though, a few years later I called customer support to link my Wii U with my old Wii account, so that I could have access to all of the virtual console games and WiiWare that I had purchased. Once they did that, the old Wii came back to life, and was no longer bricked. So I hacked it again.

I picked up Oblivion Remaster on PS5 this morning. I'm enjoying it well enough. I was able to boost the color vibrancy on my TV, so it doesn't look so drab.

DF wasn't overstating the performance issues with this game. It runs smoothly in dungeons but the overworld is a stutter fest and is quite distracting. Even remasters don't perform well on release these days? Sad.

Still a fun game, though. I hope they fix these issues and allow for mods on PS5 too.

Yeah, I noticed slight stuttering but it didn't really bother me.

How many Switch consoles can be attached to a family plan? I was thinking of adding my nephew but didn't want it to be an issue when the Switch 2 arrives.

Edit: I see the consoles are unlimited. So any of yall want to be a cousin?

Stuttering is something I don't usually notice or care about, especially with VRR, but it's really noticable in the overworld around the castle. According to DF, the longer you play the worse it is. Exiting the game completely and reloading it, fixes a some of the stuttering for a while. This should be patchable.

I'm kinda surprised they released it this year. Next year is Oblivion's 20th anniversary.

I guess I didn't play enough for it to affect my gsmeplay. I'm hopeful for a Switch 2 port...maybe.

On Switch it was 8 accounts.
