I switched from Comcast Internet to Quantum Fiber yesterday; I got their lowest pricing tier $50 per month (supposedly a "lifetime" price) with no monthly data cap. I'm now getting 538Mbps Download and 488Mbps Upload. Download is more than double Comcast, which was around 250Mpbs download and 8Mbps upload for $100 per month.

Since my sister has access to all of my PS4 games now, she's finished Epic Mickey and is now playing Resident Evil 2 Remake and Star Wars Fallen order. Feels good to see her enjoy gaming more.
She's come a long way from initially claiming, "Dual stick games are too hard." Thanks to 100+ hours of Hogwarts Legacy, she's becoming much more proficient with these controls, and it's opened her up to a lot more games. She's even wants to give Gran Turismo Sport a try now. 👍

Nice, and playing some great games to boot. You taught her well.
Nearing the end of the shadow realm Ghosts n Goblins resurrection levels.
I know I've shit all over the game but it's really rather good. It says a lot that I've been playing it every day, often even repeating the same levels.
A, because it's fun and B, because you have this skill tree magic upgrade system I want to complete.
I've died countless times but always come back foe more.
I also watched a documentary on the series on YouTube that's very good. I'd forgotten about all the other versions and sequels.
I didn't even realise that Super Ghouls and Ghosts wasn't an arcade port. I guess that first iconic level tricked my memory.
Sadly it seems reviews on this newest iteration were mixed, I'm guessing because of its buttock tightening difficulty.
It's a shame, I hope they continue with the series. Need to check out Demons Crest again.
I quite enjoyed Demon’s Crest back in the day on the SNES. It was one of those rare finds for me as I never heard anything about the game when I spotted it on the store shelf. It had Capcom on the box though so I made an impulse purchase.
Demon's Crest is one of those games I need to revisit. I didn't play it back in the day, and when I finally tried it out years later I didn't really have the skill or patience for it.

I've only tried it a couple of times and found it impossible but I'd like to give it a real shot.
The hype for Xenoblade Chronicles X online is surprising me.
It looks like the game is finally getting recognition.
I didn't really get why, now, as I'd always loved it. I guess it's because you've had people who never owned a wii u, now playing switch and playing Xeno games there and finally being able to play a game in the series they never tried.
What seems to be helping as far as the discourse goes, is that it isn't story linked to any other game in the series. So people can jump in without having played all the other games.
Personally I'm battling with the Switch tax costs. To me being buying portable versions of games I already own or used to own.
I didn't even get the new Paper Mario. Still can't bite the bullet on Xenoblade definitive edition.
Arcade games are the best for sure. Easy to pick up and play. I'm starting to finally learn that I need to stay in my arcade Lane. Most other genres, as great as they are, just aren't for me. I need games I can play 30 minutes at a time.
This weekend I beat The Last of Us Part 1 and started up a New Game + in it. Pretty good game overall. Nice looking game graphically and gameplay is decent. Has an interesting premise.

I’ll be expecting StarTropics 3 under my tree.

I need to replay Demon’s Crest because I’m sure there’s some old school frustrating bullshit in there.
Yeah, I've always though of it as a sequel.

Can't even pay £3 to get Guacamelee
We completed Final Fight and Mercs in one sitting.
Two buttons, infinite lives, fun stuff like driving a jeep. Story so short it's displayed in text over a couple of sentences?
I also played quite a bit of Pole position (Atari 5200), Pole Position 2 (Atari 7800), and Ridge Racer (PS1)

I see what you did there.
