Mostly switch and switch2, which is rumoured to be 4k docked. They'll be sitting less than 3 meters from the screen, I'd imagine the extra k's could be visible from such a distance.

Also, both screens are budget options, so image quality won't be all that high.

Get them a godamn 2nd hand CRT.

Get them a godamn CRT with wired controllers and make them sit on the floor like we used to.

My real advice is, make sure the CRT is black and white.

Damn German trolls flooding the site.  *shakes fist

As a matter of fact we still have a CRT stashed away so I can one day hook it up and play NES Duckhunt again.  But alas, the available cabinet in the playroom can't accomodate it.

edit: We even have a really old CRT with a wooden fineer finish and curved glass screen that was in the attic when we bought the house.  It's a marvelous thing to behold.  Sadly it broke down the first time I tried to plug it in and turn it on a couple of years ago.  Would be cool if I could have it repaired somehow.

That would go well with a wood grain Atari 2600.  My parents had a big wooden cabinet CRT TV in the early 80s. I played my Atari 2600 on it. When it stopped working, they placed the new TV on top of it, lol.

And so the seeds were planted for what would later become the Nintendo DS.

I work with a nice 79 year old lady. She tells me she only sleeps about 3-5 hours a day because that's all she needs. I stayed up two hours past my usual bedtime Saturday night playing Epic Mickey. My dog woke me up after 5 hours of sleep, and I felt like crap all day yesterday. People who don't need much sleep really ticks me off!

Switch 2 might have scroll wheel shoulder buttons? Something I didn't know I needed!

I know a lady like that as well. Says she only needs like 2 to 3 hours of sleep. That sounds insane to me.

Nintendo going to send out the “ninjas” and retroactively sue them. LOL

Other Rumour is that there will be something special/different about the sticks. Something that prevents the use of thumb caps.

Haptics on the stick tops?

So you guys know how I've been loving Ganryu 2, a sequel 30 years later to the original Neo Geo game?

So I clicked the publisher on the eshop and they published another sequel (30 years on) to an old arcade shooter called Andro Dunos 2.

I checked some video reviews, it was only £1.79 and I tried it. Like Ganryu 2, it's awesome.

I hope not. I didn't like the rumble MS added to the Xbox triggers. I certainly don't want my sticks to be rumbling either..

I checked out a video clip of Ganryu 2 a it does look very cool indeed. May try to get around to it sometime in the future. I also do enjoy Shoot ‘Em Ups as well so might check out

Rumbling triggers sound fun.

It initially got average reviews as there were some technical bugs.

Thankfully I didn't see the reviews before I bought it for £2.50 and it turns out they fixed everything in the gap between release and when I bought it.

Omg I finished Dual Destinies and started Spirit of Justice.

Is this the first time the crew have left Japan? I'm in fake Tibet and it's awesome!

If you decide to get a TV, I recommend checking that it has a low latency "game" mode and check reviews regarding gaming on it.

If you get a monitor, they don't have latency issues like TVs do, but they also don't support 4:3 aspect ratios, so old gaming hardware will be stretched into widescreen without any way to change it via the monitor itself, if that bothers you.
