Damn, guys.
Tinykin looks, feels and sounds like a Nintendo first party game.
I'm still replaying the level from the demo but it's hitting harder right now. I had planned on getting a physical version but couldn't find it.
I booted it up just for a quick look but couldn't stop playing.
It's more like a Rare platformer, so much stuff to collect, 1000 popcorn per level?
They tuck them away in nooks and crannies. This adds to the feeling of being a small explorer, investigating gaps behind books.
There are animated cuts cones. The levels have ludicrous characters with Banjo Kazooie speech.
I love how the game sets up this world in which these insects inhabit. There's a restaurant using a domino as a luxe dining table, a bar hidden inside a guitar. A guesthouse, and a church of lunatics worshipping a stereo you need to fix.
