Wo...mens bas-ket-ball? Sorry, you lost me there, what now? Next, you'll be telling me there are women singers, women automobile operators and women teachers!
As a spectator sport I much prefer women's sports. They're usually less a case of pure power play, resulting in nicer viewing.
Also, most women's sports involve tight shirts and shorts.
Ah, Octopath Traveler has some ball busting post game/optional bosses who can whip the living shit out of you.
Feels harsh, yet kinda awesome when you're battling a boss and they sudden pull asshole moves on you. It's turn based, but one boss near the end had 6 turns in a row and decimated my team.
Another boss literally makes your team members blow away so you fight for several turns with two players. Some will put 3 out of 4 of your team to sleep.
Another boss stole my team member and turned him against me.
One boss has this evolution move, so every turn his break points change.
Still feels awesome when you do win though. I mean... for the two bosses I have beaten so far.
Also there are some awesome monsters you can catch and use against enemies. One is literally a flying Megalodon.
I started RE4 Remake tonight. I'm playing it with RT on and as great as RE2 & 3 Remakes look on PS5, this one is still a big step up. I'm also impressed with the Dualsense features too. Gyro aiming feels great and when Leon is running you can feel is footfalls in the handles of the controller. I haven't noticed that since Astro's Playroom. Capcom, patch RE2 & 3 to use these features, please.
A new report claims Nintendo Switch 2 is expected later this year and will feature a custom-made Nvidia chip.
According to Reuters, Nvidia is building an entirely new business unit to focus on designing bespoke chips for hardware firms and has designed a custom design for the next iteration of Nintendo's handheld system.
Gutting a car Chipset, is "building a custom chip"?
Very interesting this. Take-Two and 2K say that virtual currency isn't currency at all and that it is covered by the EULA, which states that they can terminate it whenever they feel like it.
But what is virtual currency in its essence? Is virtual currency a form of currency, or is it an exchangable virtual good. Then again, what is currency other than an item with a virtual value attached to it that you own solely for the purpose of exchanging it for another good with actual value?
If the court blindly follows the EULA, this could be over very quickly. But it could also trigger an investigation of the nature of virtual currency with far reaching implications.
Given that all currency is fictional, they're essentially arguing that their in-game currency is equivalent to "real" money, in which case they have no right to destroy it.
And..

Go hump a wallaby, you wannabe 'Murican.
My family is the same. We'd much prefer to watch Carolina's women's basketball than the men's team.

It's been snowing all day, so I've been trapped inside with only a PS5 and my dog to keep me company. Been playing RE4 Remake all day.
