Played some Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Alan Wake Remastered, and Capcom Arcade Stadium. Also watched Survivor Series War Games and what a show. It was great to see Randy Orton return but craziest thing was seeing CM Punk return to WWE. Only in the world of professional wrestling.
I've been in the mood to try another PC point-and-click adventure game. I have classic Myst Masterpiece Edition on Gog. Booting it up, it looked pretty bad with everything looking extremely pixelated. However, I noticed when it booted up that Gog uses an outdated (2018 version of the ScummVM program. I downloaded the latest version and launched Myst through that instead, enabled graphics filter, and it looks quite good now! I <3 PC.
I didn't know theres a new Supraland game. I'm in!
I've been playing... Virtua Tennis 3 for PS3. That's it for this week. When I am at the other house I play Slay the Spire, Soul Calibur and Mirror's Edge on PS4.
Since I have been cut out of the current gen by download sizes I've decided to plunge myself into buying as many physical PS4 games as I can -- as I figure physical media for anything but collectors editions will go away as soon as late 2024. (Basically, the PS4 gen is my last gen until the internet gets fixed in the region I live). Hopefully the Switch 2 stays physical.
Agreed! I unsealed my copy of Kirby Forgotten Land this morning and popped in the cartridge. No updates to install. A complete modern game on physical media?! What magic is this Nintendo uses?!
It's the main reason I've gone Switch as #1 choice for games in the last gen. That and the portability/ ability to play while family is on TV.
I finished Dead Space and went straight to Supraland Six Inches Under
