So I am playing Breath of the Wild Master Mode and enjoying it.
Two things I never thought I'd be saying. I only started Master Mode to see what it was like, but starting from scratch again sucked me into the gameworld again. After beating everything and finding everything and upgrading everything (except for all koroks) I had just been aimlessly wandering the gameworld, overpowered and geared up and not fearing anything.
Starting again on Master Mode has reinforced and allowed me to appreciate how all the mechanics work and why an open world was a great idea for Zelda. In past zeldas when you replay them you are doing the same stuff in the same order. Because BOTW is open world I have been doing things completely differently and going to difference places.
After you break out of the great plateau the gameworld is so big you can avoid most enemies so it's actually not that much harder in master mode. I sold a lot of ore so I could get the sheikah suit early and I can run about with minimal harm. I haven't done a dungeon yet so having enough hearts to beat the boss will be trouble. I have nabbed a few master mode exclusve weapons, some enemies have might lynel bows more powerful than what the lynels in normal mode had.

Oh man. That new Kingdom Hearts 3 video with Toy Story looks so awesome. I really can't wait for this game. Hurry up dammit!

There's a lot of fighting game goodness slated for the next while with Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Blazblue/Persona crossover, and Geese Howard dlc for Tekken 7. I love it.
Also Jedah in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite looks awesome.
I had an eye exam today at 10am....went and got it done...everything normal. Then I come home and check my email and I have an email from 9am saying "my exam has been cancelled....we're sorry you couldn't make it" LOL what?
