I'm booting up Splatoon to see what's new
There's like 20 new weapon combinations now
Back to the test area I guess.
The fuck? You can only get 2 burst bombs out of a full tank now?? That's going to throw things off.
I hate all these balance tweaks.
It has a clear focus if you want.
But it also grants the freedom to dick around if you want and have no motive.
They try to lead you in a direction to complete the story but you can also just decide to do whatever you want.
The way they set the start of the game is talking to that "Old Man" and the disembodied voice tells you to follow the Shiekah Slate to the location on the map.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I missed E3. Hmm, not much of interest to me. Zelda is now like Skyrim? That's not a bad thing, assuming there's lots of interesting things to do. Breath of the WIld sounds silly tho.
R.I.P. Anton Yechin. He played Checkov in the new Star Trek movies. The 27 year old died in a fatal car crash this morning.
That's sad I liked him. He was in a lot of coming of age comedies over the last 10 years. R.I.P.
So the Battle of the Bastards takes place on....Father's Day?
Can't say I've seen any of his movies, not even heard of him before, but 27 is no age to go.
Saw the Warcraft movie this weekend. I never played anything Warcraft related, so other than a general notion about the world, I went in a blank slate. The movie was entertaining, the way you see both sides was an interesting take. However, I think they stuck a bit too much to the lore, which ended up hurting the movie in some places. The internal struggle within the orc camp should have gotten more screentime. And also more small things, like how they need to summon the guardian, which involved a shot of traveling from some location to the king's castle, getting a ring, and then travelling back. I get that in the existing WoW universe the king and the guardian are in seperate places, but in the movie it just seems unneccessairy bloat in what is already a movie that tries to pack in too much. Orcs looked great and very convincing. The halfbreed Garona looked like what she was: a women painted green. Not orcish enough by far.
Epic night of tv tonight.
Crazy about yelich, poor guy RIP
Hyrule Warriors is like Zelda porn! Why didn't you guys tell me to play this sooner!
