Ryse looks fantastic. I still want to get this on the Xbox One, I have a feeling that this would be one of those 'guilty pleasure' type of games and fun in a brain dead kind of ways.

I finished most of the content in Mirrors edge beta, all the missions. Spent over 6 hours on it, which is about the length of the first game. The user created stuff is pretty fun, some people create some crazy routes where you need advanced movement and when you pull it off it feels great. I think speed running is borked because if you jump and tuck your legs in (L1 then L2 in air) you go faster than just running so all the ghosts I see of the best times have people hopping around like idiots. Its like rolling in Zelda.

My favorite part has been reaching hard to reach heights where someone placed a marker proving you can get up there. Now it becomes almost like a puzzle of how the hell do you reach that. That's something the first did not have. When you do get a good run going its everything you want from ME but you need to find that yourself this time instead of having the game always giving you that like the first.

Some will love this game, some will miss the linear design of the first. I feel like I got my fix of this game I will pass for now.
