Sequel or not, best game I have played this year on XB1 or anything else.

Dark Souls 3 unlocks tomorrow at 6pm!!!!! For PC only. Wooo!!!
So battleborn is pretty neat. I tried the campaign and this plays like a strike on destiny or a linear mission on boderlands. The mission is huge lasting over an hour. It had 4 major boss battles, these things had multiple stages to them. There are like 30 charcters to choose from, some are drastically different like a guy with swords to a standard rifle using guy. The rifle guy plays like borderlands. You gain skills as you play the mission, its MOBA like in that you start at zero level and level up during the level. Each game you can level a different way. The multiplayer combat part is an action MOBA. There is no deathmatch its all using allies and drones to take out key mechs of the other team. You build turrets and defenses and stuff. Very complictaed but its all FPS like combat so its fun.
I can see this being a big hit.
I'm hosting a gaming night on Friday, a rarity these days, with my best mate coming over. I figured I'd get some local multiplayer games to show off my new Steam Link. Then I realized a know no local multiplayer games on PC
Perhaps Towerfall Ascension, but I'm not too sure that'll be any fun with just 2 of us. Anyone here have some good recommendations for (cheapish) local multiplayer or co-op games?
