I'm trying to do a Tomb Raider playthrough using only the bow, but there are times where the game absolutely refuses to let you, and keeps auto-switching weapons that I don't want!
Imagine if 3DS games ran on Wii U. They're actually merging the next two machines in that way. All 1st party games (inc portable) playable on one console? Would be all sorts of awesome if it was native and had enhanced features on the home console.

I am hoping that I get in on the clearance if it happens here in Au. Problem is the numbers of hardware in inventory (and games even) is so low that the gamestop staff will probably snap it up before any customers get to it.
Vita is still an under the counter affair at my gamestop (you have to know to ask for it and they go into the back to get it).
I backed N64 over the rest (though ultimately ended up with a huge PS1 library -- mostly unused). I backed GCN until it put up the white flag and then I switched over to XB1 then PS2. Last gen I was equal until PS3 pulled away by miles.
This gen... well I have a PS4, but no games. I have Vita games but no Vita and my time with the 3DS is still under 30 minutes (and I have two of them).

If I'm being entirely fair with the Wii/PS3 era, I'd really have to say the DS was the system of choice. The amount of hours I put onto that handheld probably dwarfs any other system I ever had. It's the only system I've replaced twice and wasn't grumpy about it. Much like the coslay whores of the world, I wore those bitches out.
