Yeah I've seen a bunch of Minecraft stuff for sale aimed squarely at kids. If someone told me that this would become the next it game a couple years ago I swear I would have laughed at them (and then told people I kicked said person in the nuts, but not really because I'm not really that kind of guy).
Do you have that large appliance warranty thing? It totally pays for itslef with one appliance failure. GE is the biggest purveyor of such things.
It's going to be a L-o-n-g month. I am over my internet cap and it doesn't reset until the 11 of January.
I fukt up my end of month exploitation of my ISP. I guess most of my monthly downloads happened after midnight in the time zone of my ISP, so I have blown through my 15 GB a month on Steam downloads.
Sigh...
Meh. Bungie has to hit some pretty high highs before I'll buy another one of their games.
Call of Duty: Ghosts sales down 19% on Black Ops 2, 36% on MW3 – analyst

A new Rare platformer 'would be great', says Spencer
I wonder why we still care what Rare is up to, or why we expect they could still do great things when we all know the Rare of old is pretty much done. That's like saying, "boy oh boy, I think Atari needs to put out a new Kaboom" or thinking Nintendo should put out Star Tropics 3.
^ Why would anyone want Atari put out a new Kaboom? Kaboom was made by Activision.
Figures, the one person on earth who could correct me on that hangs out on this site. Okay how about a new Combat?
So is there a hype train for tomorrow's Nintendo direct?
^ Woo.
And that woo echoed forever.
Actually, Atari already made a new Combat. It was called Combat Two. Unfortunately, it was never released back in the day, most likely due to the video game crash of '83. However, it was offically released in 2005 on the Atari Flashback 2 console. There's also a playable prototype ROM at Atariage.com
