I played some Super Mario 3D Land this weekend.
I finished Resistance 2 and 3 and started Enslaved and The Last of Us...The Last of Us is a sequel to Enslaved, right?

I was in the city and saw someone throwing away a CRT TV. Asked if I could have it, so now I have something I can hook up my Australian TRS-80 and Commodore 64 up to
EDIT: I hooked up both systems and they still work great. Not enough to actually draw me in for more than an hour of tinkering, but it's good to have this TV, going to try and hook up my US Atari/ Genesis/ NEOGEO etc... to see what it does with it.

What a brilliant game.
I forget its CoD week, the one week of the year that I feel like an outsider of my favorite industry.
I just looked up on a faq for modern warfare 2 to see where I aws up to -- only 4 levels left in the game. I am going to beat this thing in 2 sittings.
Have the campaigns gotten even shorter after MW2?

I know you were kidding, but in seriousness, some of the Enslaved team left Ninja to join Naughty Dog and worked on Last of Us.
Kidding about the sequel part, not the remake part.
I am going to try and start and beat Halo: ODST tomorrow. The last time I started it I remember it being comically ugly.

Peeps are saying it looks worse than BLOPS 2 from last year and that the current gen versions of ghosts got no attention.
As always it's Treyarch who have to port the Nintendo version as The Puritan Infinity Ward dare not sully their hands on a Miyamoto box.
I bet the people saying it looks worse than BLOPS2 don't even realise it's the same resolution as the last gen* CODs.
It has wii-remote control, though. So it's better than any other version automatically.
That's about the only reason I'd touch a COD game these days. No IR is harsh to me. Zombi U and Deus Ex are okay because they're more melee and stealth than shooters. And because they have a lot of U pad features. Any other FPS that isn't slow would probably bug me a lot, although Halo and Crysis 2 seem okay to me.
