Personally I love the art style. As for the engine, if nobody told you it was UE4 you wouldn't know otherwise? Look at the comparison pic.

PS: Rhythm Thief is ridiculously charming. The Paris, France setting is refreshing. The animation is GORGEOUS, and the Gameplay, with both simple, fun and addicting, Rhythm games --AND-- Layton-like exploring and puzzle-solving... the gameplay is solid as well. Thanks, Sega! Why not put out more like this one?
Cool I guess, but it won't end speculation.
It's not obvious. I read every day on GAF about how it is or isn't more powerful. You do have tons of supporting statements as to why it's more powerful, then you have a small handful of comments indicating it's not, usually anonymous sources but Harada is one talking about clock speeds yesterday. People are waiting for a graphically outstanding game to prove the power, but Nintendo is more interested in making 60 FPS 720p versions of fairly simple art styles.

He's right...that's why the only reason I'm excited about next-gen consoles is so developers start actually taking advantage of everything PC's could do for 2 years now.

ZombiU - Comic-Con 2012 gameplay trailers
Looks a bit better. Same areas shown but different clips. New gameplay, interface, lighting and effects improved. The smoke and fog in the end of the last trailer looks very good. Lighting is improved and the detail on the zombie woman at the end of the first video looks much better than it used to. This game looks pretty hardcore in that it's not hollywood flash populist fluff, looks like a proper, game. No fanfare, just survive.
I agree about that UE4 game, GG. I wouldn't have known it was UE4 before you said so. Still looks pretty good, I guess.
That new Zombi U footage looks like it's a pre-rendered edition of the gameplay shown at E3 to me, there's something less natural and free about the movement than the regular gameplay sessions (or even your average closely directed yet still in game trailer) that showed the same sequence. Basically like their early Red Steel (and some Red Steel 2) showcases. It's definitely the in game assets but it's also definitely helped with a boost in overall image quality if I'm right. It was also lacking that constant radio chatter and whatever else the normal gameplay had.

I played some Saturn sports games today. International Soccer and World Series Baseball '98. Such great games. Also played Dig Dug 2 on NES.
More to the point I tried installing Flight Simulator X Deluxe on my machine but the install failed. Apparently a common error. It was brand new too, I paid $50 for it back in the day and only just now giving ti a try
PC Gaming loses today. Back to the end of Kingdom Hearts.

...but then there's also music from Versus 13... WTF?
