Tbh I like the taste of beer; depending on the sort. Victoria Bitter is disgusting, and the only way I'll be acquiring a taste for it is through brain damage---and by that i mean drunkeness.
Guinness has potential, though, but jesus is that bitter and heavy.
Carlton Draught ftw. Tasty from the first time.
So it's double points night kind of like double XP in Call of Duty?
Hey!? How come Hamster gets a point for responding to me and I get no love for my post?!

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Well, time to play with some DKC Returns soon!
I'll post impressions tomorrow.
(I know I'll love it!)
Also, I think I'm going to pull a all-nighter playing with my Wii. I'm going to try and get into SMG 1/2, and some GoldenEye.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
I'm getting very tempted to pick up Sonic Colors if I can. I'm just hearing so many good things about it. I think it's something I wouldn't mind playing!
Also with Epic Mickey coming out soon, I wonder if I can somehow get these. I may have to wait until Christmas and hope that I'll get some more gift cards!
But so far, these are the titles I'm interested in for the rest of the year:
Super Mario Collection is a must-have.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
I hear Sonic Colors is good too.
DKC Returns impressions please.
Sorry. Sonic had his 15 minutes of fame in this decade. He has now been ground pounded by an 800-lbs gorilla!
DCKR is the BEST 2D Side-Scroller this generation. No doubt. No competition. NSMB Wii doesn't even come close!
Even Kirby isn't as good!
The NFL is so crazy. Manning blew a comback against the Pats where Brady looked amazing, with his long flowing hair. Vick beats the other Manning, Eagles looking badass. Steelers dominant, Atlanta doesn't lose, the bastard Jets keep pulling wins out of their ass. And the Dolphins are average but my fantasy team kicks ass. Another fun week in the NFL.
Better than the SNES games?
Yes. The backgrounds and foregrounds come to life in this game unlike any other and the control is PERFECT!
Wrong!
...
You missed Rothlisburger's soccer flop.
All-Stars is the only other game I'll get this year, just because it has a limited time window. I will get the others you have listed, along with new God of War PSP game, Gran Turismo 5 and Goldeneye 007. I still have to get Sin and Punishment 2, Dragon Age and God of War3 yet. Not sure if I'll ever get Heavy Rain. I guess there were a lot of good games this year.
At my international forwarders I have Dead Head Fred (psp), WarioWare DIY (DS), Red Steel 2, Enslaved (PS3), Soul Calibur 2 (PS2), Knights in the Nightmare (PSP), Brutal Legend (PS3), and Sega All-Stars Racing (PS3). I got them all at good prices (except Knights), but maybe I could have held off on some of those to get Sonic Colors and God of War PSP instead.
Red Faction II is pretty good so far. The graphics are dated, but the gameplay is full of crazy over-the-top action. It feels like an 80's Summer action movie, and about as realistic too. I got stuck on an early level, and at first I didn't know how to proceed. That is until I realized I could just go through walls with the grenade launcher! I got to another part where a janitor and I ran into a closet to avoid a rain of gunfire from a gunship flying around outside. The janitor then said something like, "I quit! I quit! There's no way I'm cleaning up blood and bodies!" Yeah, I think this game will be worth the $6 I paid for it.
Yes, indeed, way better. It could give Mario Galaxy 2 a run for it's money for the Wii's GOTY, it just depends on how it holds up near the end. The environments are so good, you'll stop playing just to take everything in. I was surprised to see that I could blow on things, then return to previous areas to collect puzzle pieces that I missed.
This game is above and beyond my expectations. The bar for 2D platforming games have been set so high, it's not even funny.
