I've just never been tempted enough up until now.

I've always wanted Fable 2, but that alone wasn't enough.

I've always been wary of the RRoD, but that's been (somewhat) remedied.

There were a bunch of Arcade games I've always wanted; that I've been patiently waiting for PS3 ports that never came (Limbo and CastleVania: HoD)...

The Reach fever-pitch kinda got my attention.

The games I've had my eye on (GoW 19.99, GoW2 29.99, ME 19.99, ME2 29.99, Fable 2 19.99) were ridiculously cheap now...

The Wi-Fi being built in now makes it so much more convenient for me to get online...

...EVERYTHING together just made the decision it was time!

Every once and a while I am reminded why this generation can and should keep going. I am shown something I have never seen before, something so amazing that there is no need for a new console.

Bioshock Infinite is one of those examples. MIND BLOWN. As long as we are getting games like that, the PS3/360 can stay as long as they like.

I was thinking that the other day, how MS really has removed all the barriers to entry. Price, wi-fi, hardware (it seems), the noise of the old ones.

Now I REALLY want to replay the Gears series.
