No, I was thinking about that today.
PSN is a good idea, you make back your money, you aren't paying for something that should be free. But they way Sony is handling it isn't ideal. This first month you get Wipeout HD free, ok great, what if I have Wipeout HD (which I do), that means nothing to me. Next month the rumor is you get Zen Pinball, uhh I have that too. If I get PSN Plus should I just stop buying PSN games cause I don't want to miss out on free games that may come down the line. Why would I pay for the service not knowing what games I will get, what if its all games I own.
This should be a rental service, have it so you can pick and choose a game a month or something. If you want to put restrictions on new games or third party games fine, but allow a choice.
With development cost and studios shutting down because of bad sales, what the hell were they thinking!? And it's getting very poor reviews, 5 being the best score!
These are the same developers that made Wet, which I'm currently enjoying. Wet's a short game but it's still pretty fun. But why Naughty Bear!
Did anyone actually buy this?!

And I just played God of War III at my cousin's house for the first time! All I can say is...WOW!
That beginning part when you fight Poseidon...holy crap!
I thought Bayonetta is the best action game of this gen but after seeing God of War III in action, it's close! And the graphics, oh my, the graphics! Did I mention the graphics?
Bayonetta may be hot but Kratos' bald head shines brighter! I'm speaking of the graphics of course!

Played a little bit of it, just the beginning. It's definitely a graphical showcase for the 360 and the uses of lights and shadows is pretty darn amazing.
The game has good animation and the combat is fine tuned. But it feels a bit repetitive right now. I know some reviews said it does get repetitive.
But I can understand why reviews are saying that although the game is good, it's not the revolutionary experience we all hoped for. The game had an insane amount of hype but I sadly think it didn't quite meet expectations. It's definitely NOT the Resident Evil 4 of this generation I was hoping for, not even close!
Still a good game.
But one thing that it does have in common with RE4...it's got pretty bad writing. It's ironic that Alan Wake is about a writer but with bad writing!
And it's not that scary at all. I think the T rating hurt it. I'm not condoning blood and gore or anything but it could've helped with the fear factor and suspense.

Not when their inspiration for writers include Steven King!
But Steven King didn't write the game.
I'm exaggerating a bit of course. Alan Wake has better writing than RE4 but it's still not that good. Some of the dialogue is pretty bad, IMO.

But they were inspired by him which presumably mean they think he is a good writing which probably means that they do not know what good writing is which probably results in them creating bad writing.
Sweet. I enjoyed the first game and was hoping a sequel got made for it. I'm looking forward to this game.
I watched a couple of videos for this game and was under the impression it was an XBLA title. I wasn't even interested in it then.Yeah I'm pretty skeptical on all these "reports" about the 360 Slims failing. First of all how do we even know that they're true to begin with or just people forcing it to overheat to see what happens.

I saw the gametrailers review and was LOL-ing at the writing. It's SO bad.
My bad week has gone from bad to worse.
Someone stole my cell phone. I was in hospital, must have slipped out of my pocket in the waiting room. I came out after seeing the doc and realised my phone was missing. I go to reception, turns out someone handed it in.
But then some sly bastard came and claimed if for himself.
He's a patient so they know who he is, but he's turned the phone off so no one can call it. And if he doesn't bring it back I have to call the police. *sigh*
Yay! Just picked up a new copy of Killzone 2 for $15 at Blockbuster. They were selling them for $20 plus I had a $5 coupon.
I rented Alan Wake. Really looking forward to playing that.
