I'm worried that the second one tries to do way too many things at the same time and loses focus, delivering a weak experience.

I posted that with a little tongue in cheek, but I like it.  It's attention grabbing, out-of-the-box and freshens the DQ brand (which is a little musty).

Yeah it's not the commercial I ever would have expected to see for a DQ game, but you're right it really does change up the brand.  Reminds me a lot of the early WoW commercials I think. That could be a good thing for the game's sales.

Yeah the movie is called the Last Air Bender. They dropped the avatar name because of Cameron using the name so recentely.
