Fallout 3 continues to piss me off. Its radar system is whack and the environments are so badly designed. Because Oblivion was basically a huge open rolling field you could get around most anyplace with no problem. In Fallouts broken cities I often can't follow the radar in a straight line, getting caught in corners time and time again. With super mutants on my ass.
It wasted 2 hrs of my play time just trying to find a place. Not only that the villages are abhorently designed. I was on this aircraft carrier last night and I've never got so lost on a level before. It was bad enough in the opening town.
So I saved and decided to let loose, shooting people up. Only they never died, just went unconscious no matter how many grenades I threw at people. Boooooring.

8 and a half hours and not one new post on GG weekly since I came on this morning.
Check the link up top to view them full screen.
For those who care, my EverQuesting is still going good. In just over a week and maybe a total of 15 - 20 hours of gaming I've already gotten my character to a higher level than I ever did back when I played when the game was new and I was spending easily 10 times the amount of time on a character.
But god is it empty. Virtually 90% of the players are at level 80 to 85 it seems. Every once in a while I'll run into another newbie, but not too often. As a result everywhere that I play is empty. It feels like I'm like the last man in the universe. It's kind of cool in that regard.
So a lot of what I've been doing is checking out old zones that I was never able to play in and exploring those areas. I've enjoyed it, but now it's getting a little old. If I can't find some guys around my level soon I may hang it up for a while and then go back to it when my interest is piqued again.
EA has officially announced the new Medal of Honor game for release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010.
Simply called "Medal of Honor", the game is set in present-day Afghanistan and focuses on Tier 1 Operators - super army soldiers, in other words - who get involved in situations all around the world.
"The development team has been working closely with Tier 1 Operators from the US Special Operations Community since the earliest stages of development to create the most authentic modern war experience," EA said in a press release.
While EALA works to create a "best-in-class" single-player campaign, EA DICE will work on multiplayer.
"When we first set out to reinvent Medal of Honor, we wanted to stay true to its roots of authenticity and respect for the soldier but bring it into today's war. The Tier 1 Operator is the most disciplined, deliberate and prepared warrior on the battlefield. He is a living, breathing, precision instrument of war," said Greg Goodrich, executive producer.
"We are honoured to have the rare opportunity to work closely with these men to create a game that shares their experience."
The packshot (see left for the Xbox 360 version) shows a bearded, sunglasses-wearing Tier 1 Operator clutching a rifle. The colour scheme - white shifting to black - suggests EA is aiming for a similar shades-of-grey approach to its great rival, Call of Duty, which "went modern" just over two years ago.
The fact EA is targeting Medal of Honor for 2010 suggests that EA isn't leaving things to chance, mind you - following the release of Modern Warfare 2 last month, 2010 is an off year for Infinity Ward.
EA Games' vice president Nick Earl made headlines last month when his internal comments about the project leaked. He said it looked "simply stunning" in a mail to staff

Looks fun. Its right at the end of the video.
So you are confirmed to be Putin.
That would explain my Fedor obsession.
Or maybe I am Jean Claude van Damme?!
Let me share you this badass moment. I was walking around the city and a bumped into a guard by accident. The guard and his buddy started to follow me and saying crap like "you better watch where you walk peasant, I'll send to jail". So I turned around got near the two guards and did a quick two kill strike with my two retractable blades. Your character stabs both guards in the jugular at the same time through a blade that comes out of his wrists, so awesome. I slowly walked away leaving the two bodies in the street, you can hear the gasps of people that realized they are dead.
^I started reading that in the second para and thought you were serious. I was about to relay my RL bad-ass moment
Yoda, love the new insignia on stories.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileLOL that is exactly how I hear the game. I swear as I play all I can think of is that they are saying italian foods. "Mario! Spagetti fettucini alfredo!"
