Shall I read it or will it make me angry?
Did you do the directors cut and check out the extras?
Read it, I explain exactly what I played and didn't play. I saw some extras, most of the good stuff was unlocked.
I found it strange how the GAF guys were praising the visuals so much. Only the first couple of segments in that trailer were realtime.
Generous with the score at an 8.0.
Yikes. Aspro, tell this Mo Fo that its better than that
Freeze bitches!
I gave RE: UC an 8.1 so be quiet.
FREEZE BITCHES!
That one line adds an extra point alone.
Well the original plan was to go to Nice and then go to Corsica with a ferry on Friday. Then we would return to Nice on Wednesday and back to Paris and then to Rotterdam with the TGV/Thalys on Friday.
But the weather was crappy and the forecast was much worse. We would have been in a middle of a thunderstorm. So we cut the vacation short, but we still got the most of it. We saw plenty of Nice, went to Monaco and went inside the Louvre.
I agree with Archie. Besides, Nintendo is just following a simple rule in business: Charge the maximum the market will bear. Sony and Microsoft were stupid, and made consoles that cost more than the market could bear, so they had to sell them at a loss. People were willing to spend $250 on Wii, so Nintendo charged that much. It's just smart business.
Not to extend the reputation of us as a Nintendo fan site but I fall on this side as well, because I see the razorblade model as a flawed system and dangerous for the industry to expect. I won't argue with cheaper systems, but I don't see the hate for a company not losing money. I was someone who was somewhat expecting a $150 pricetag, but hey, 250 worked for them.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileThis one will be different.
I gave it an 8.5. Took off a point and a half for being a bit short and a bit easy.
I thought Resistance Retribution was great!
Oh well, to each his own I guess.

Okay, well I get to the first sniper mission and you have to use the nub to move, the directional pad to change your zoom level and the 4 action buttons to aim (and the shoulder button to actually shoot). I was waiting for them to tell me to use my tongue to hit the select button to throw a grenade. I was in bed when I tried it, so I'll try again while sitting and see how it goes.
Did you also play the Syphon Filter games by the same developer?
Are you playing the demo by the way? Because aiming is pretty good on Resistance Retribution. You can slow the action down when using the sniper, making hitting targets easy. Also, when you're just shooting, there's a great auto-aim feature where everything you shoot locks on automatically from the rectangular hud on the screen. It's a really cool way to make this game easy to play and in finding a workaround from the PSP's limitations.
As for grenades, you just select them while playing or you can pause during the game and select it manually with the d-pad. I had no problems with it so far at all.
And I do want to get into the Syphon Filter games. I did have Dark Mirror, but I thought the controls were much more complicated than Resistance Retribution. I guess it's because SF is a stealth series, so there are more controls like crouching, climbing, sneaking, strafing, etc. while shooting. But there's a auto-aim also and it's pretty good once you get used to it.
But overall, Resistance R is easier to play, control, and I think it's more fun because of the focus on action rather than stealth. Also, the game is longer and has more content than both Dark Mirror and Logan's Shadow.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Yeah I'm playing the full game. I'll give it another go based on your comments.
My major issue of it was it went between too easy and ultra-difficult. With that auto aim I was holding down the trigger and not even looking at the screen (seriously) and with the sniper level I felt like I needed another hand. I'll RTFM and see how to slow down the aiming
