I'd like to take the time to deliver a well placed FUCK YOU to Sony Europe/Australia/whoever manages the Australian PSN store, as well as one to Harmonix/EA/MTV.
So I've been playing Rock Band. Great game and all, worth the wait. Worth paying full price for a game that came out last year? Maybe not. Anyway, it's not good to see that despite Australia getting screwed over in terms of getting the game, it turns out that Aussie PS3 owners are getting fucked over in terms of Rock Band content.
You see, when I head into the Rock Band store, it's showing several songs as purchased. Almost all of these are the free songs (i.e. Still Alive, one of the Nickelodeon ones etc.). With the exception of the Nickeledeon ones, when I go to try download Still Alive (or one of the other purchased songs), it almost immediately tells me that I cannot.
And before you ask, it's not a problem with my internet connection.
So I check the Playstation Store...and it's not there. Nor are any of the other free songs. As well as that, the Nirvana track pack (which also shows up as being purchased), is currently not on our Playstation Store.
You read that right - not even Sony could put fucking NIRVANA on our Playstation Store.
This is fucking stupid. There's absolutely no reason or excuse for you to be holding back content - especially for a game that's been out FOR A YEAR. What the hell happened to that plan to release content at the same time worldwide? Is it that fucking hard for Europe and America to co-operate?
Now here's hoping that the Beatles game (which is something that I would purchase) gets released in Australia this year. I'm not putting up with the same bullshit that Harmonix gave us with RB1.
To counteract my rage, is some awesome cars coming to Burnout Paradise.

Credit to GG if he can find a copy with the original sound track, though, but the Joe Hisaishi one is considered one of the best, and the one most widely available.
The scene of blackness with white lines is his roomate (or him thinking of his roomate) talking to his friend expressing how he thinks that Stryker is strange.
The disappearing shoe is showing how Styker's thought of humanoids being mere objects is fading away.
The pure white Stryker and Jenny is showing how they are truly starting to form a relationship, but Stryker gets reminded that she is a machine so he's having a diffusion of responsiblity of how to handle things.
My teacher suggested that I send this to a small (so yeah nothing like Sundance) film festival or some colleges.

I'm getting 2 HIS Radeon 4870 cards, 1gig each. I got a 1T Samsung HDD that cost the same price as M$'s 120gig 360 HDD, hahaha.
