I finished my blog about the future of Insert Coin. All of you guys must read it, it is important. It is my vision of the future of this site.
You basically said: it's miyazaki how dare you doubt him.
Is there not anything anyone wants to talk about with this film? Like the horrible theme tune? Is Joe Hisashi doing the music this time?
What about the animation? It seems a lot simplistic than recent films like Howl, or Spirited away or Princess mononoke.
Personally I prefer a richer look and a more adult type story over a totoro like film. I think Ponyo has awesome potential given its premise. I'm not sure about the characters, why is there a kiki lookalike in every ghibli film?
I don't look at all the news items. What I mainly do is search for the Nintendo news (since I don't own a 360 or PS3). So the kinds of news items I want to stay are things like today's "Wish Fulfillment: Zelda" and "Capcom Survey a Hoax?" The Zelda one gives me great ideas and lets me get all hyped up about the possibilities (I like that guy's ideas better than my own!). The survey one lets me know that Capcom may not actually be considering a Wii version of RE5 after all (it sure needs RE5, though). So whatever we do, I don't want stories like those to be excluded.
LMAO @ the stupid picturebook cutscenes in Red Steel.
This shit is so lame that I can't help but laugh my ass off at each one.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileWell there could be a main news and niche news section. There are a number of options. I would personally like a game specific news sorting. So for instance if I click on a story about Fallout 3 there is a link which brings up all the updates there have been on the site about that game.
Also I would like the Weekly Extra column which could expand upon the news a bit more for things worth looking at, but I have no idea how that would fit in or on a page like this. Not unless it was a pop up - which I hate. Maybe just have a weekly extra link on the front page of the site that highlights a few things we can dump in there throughout the week.
I got used to them eventually but for a long time I was just like "WTH? Who thought this was a good idea? Did they rush the game out so early they couldn't do cutscenes?"
Damnit. Someone has to watch the trailer apart from me.
Now I know how Dvader feels when he talks about Pixeljunk Eden over here. 
People it might be a good idea to move the discussion of the news over to my blog. This has to advantages. The first being that my blog is on the front page and will not go tomorrow plus other people discussions will not interfere with it.
The second advantage will be that my blog will have lots of comments. This will grow my e-penis and it will make me feel more important. My well being is directly proportional with the amount of comments I get.

No I haven't forsaken this place in favour of Giant Bomb, yet.
I've been out of town since my last post here, just over a week ago and got back today. During that time I just didn't have the opportunity to post, keep up to date on gaming info, or even play games. Right now I'm just surfing around to see if I missed anything big which so far it seems like I haven't.
I really enjoyed Kameo so I could go for a sequel myself.
