Both PS4 and PS4 Pro run at 1080p/30 FPS, absolutely no visual difference despite the game box saying "Enhanced for Pro", same controller latency issues, it's better than the demo but still the worst out of all versions.


Both have really long loading times.

It's good to see that more people will get to experience the awesomeness of Vanquish. I hope that they make this backwards compatible for the Xbox One and that a sequel may one day be made.

I'll review it when it arrives on the podcast. I watched some YouTube reviews of it and it looked rgeat. One guy complained about the sound not being great, but it sounded good to me.

It's times like these when I definitely love having a good PC. I built it well...the thing is 5 years old now and I can still max out most games at 1080p. The GTX 680 Ti was really well made in terms of 1080p output. I can't do anything over that though. But it proves that the console guys are full of it when they say more powerful machines are only good for higher resolutions. No...my PC smokes the consoles at even 1080p so obviously more power is better no matter the RES.

Kotaku reports that the sci-fi RPG series has been put on hiatus and that its developer, BioWare Montreal, has been turned into a support studio. Indeed, the site adds that many of the studio's employees have been transferred to EA Motive to work on Star Wars Battlefront II.

The decision comes following the mixed reception and apparently disappointing commercial performance of Mass Effect: Andromeda.

None of this means that Mass Effect as we know it is dead. It does mean, however, that work will not begin on a successor to Andromeda, and that when and if the series does return, it may be in the form of another reboot.

Some staff remain assigned to patching Andromeda and maintaining support of its multiplayer.

The first 3 Mass Effect games were incredible, and Andromeda was mostly solid but it never hit the highs of the original trilogy. They should have just left it as a trilogy and moved on.
