Here are the scores as they stand currently:
Capcom not letting him make a new Megaman JUSTIFIED!
They kind of have to stop advertising it as "From the developers of Metroid Prime" it is only three people that worked on Metroid Prime.
Mark Pacini director of all three Metroid Prime games, Todd Keller an art director, and Jack Matthews the principal technology engineer.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
That's why I said SOME.
My GPU isn't strong enough to handle 4k.....just tried playing Doom in 4k and it runs like shit, even at low settings.
At some point these 3 Armature guys (one of whom is an artist) have to lose their Metroid Prime street cred. It's not like they've actually made decent games after they left and if anything 343 industries has more ex-retro guys. But screw dat, what about the new kind of mario? Shiggy is saying we'll see it maybe in a year or two?
So no Mario for NX launch? Maybe not for year one? Unless they are doing a more conventional Mario for year one like Galaxy 3. Then the new kind of Mario later?
I'm pretty sure the God of War team has a bunch of Retro guys too. Retro has been planet cracked.
Damn my daughter is hooked to Destiny. That severely impairs my RL and TESO gametime. I have to come up with some evil scheme to stop this.
I know I was more talking about every time they advertise ReCore at E3 and stuff they always bring up from the developers of Metroid Prime.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Your daughter is a smart girl, though she should get on when the expansion hits.
People have to realize that a lot of "legendary" Japaense game "developers" are figure heads. They are more producers than anything and don't actually developer or at times even direct the game.
There's a reason why this infamous Twitter post exists.
One of the site's forefathers.
And just because it didn't get much coverage at E3, I wanted to show off my favorite surprise of the show, Ever Oasis. This brand new Nintendo IP, is a fantasy action game/city builder by the creator of the Mana series. The developer, Grezzo, has been working on the 3DS Zelda remakes as well as Triforce Heroes (someone liked it right?). At any rate the game definitely has more than a slight hint of Legend of Mana to it, and I've seen other people say they got a Dark Cloud vibe from it. In my book, these are good things. So sure it's on some old ass hardware that's about to be phased out, but screw it man. This is everything I love in video games, and dammit it will be played!
Playing Mighty No. 9 and although it would have been better as a sprite-based game, I fail to see why all the Gen W reviewers are being so harsh. It feels like a late cycle SNES Mega Man X style game.
*Gen W = Generation Whine
Spiderman was running on vanilla PS4 Insomniac: "in game/engine/real-time"
Is this supposed to be surprising? Because I'm not surprised.
This is from Gameblog, a French site which has some good Ubi contacts - I had it auto translated:
Just reading that jokey interview with the PR guy from Sega and CD Projekt
Glad somebody gets it. Waiting does nothing, if you never give it a go there is no chance. It's self defeating.
I'm waiting....on Wii U games
This is a better translation from GAF on those NX rumours
.....dead.
