No way Nintendo will release anything without a bezzel. Way to fragile.
I agree. Those things will have to be incredibly durable considering all of the abuse it will receive.
LBP3 is exactly what I needed!! So many new ideas! I love the more quest like structure, now there is some exploration and creation based puzzles! It's fantastic.
Neither are wearing "nothing but a t-shirt", though.
Hardened plastic maybe?
How floaty is it?
Same as past games. At this point it is not even a platformer, more of a platforming puzzle filled adventure game.
So what the hell is going on in IT? It's a clown that lives in the sewers or something?
It takes on the form of a clown. It's real form is something else. Highly recommend the book, but the movie is great as well. It's probably a little dated these days, but still good.
Pennywise, the clown, also makes an unexpected appearance in another huge Stephen King series. He's one creepy fucker.
MGS will let you skip tricky parts if you feel like doing so. All that it requires in return is that you reveal your true self: that you are a chicken.
Really enjoying Bayonetta 1. To me this game is better than any of the Devil May Cry games. If the 2nd one is better than this, well fuck yeah to Platinum.
Sure GG, always believe
Anyhow, I also don't think they'll make the whole thing one big touchscreen. Just look how much flack touch games get for lacking proper controls. If anything I can see something like a GC controller with an organicly formed touchscreen crammed in the middle, kinda like how PS4 has a touchpad. It'd function more like the Dreamcast controller than the Gamepad, where devs are free to put any information and bits of the UI on the controller itself, but offscreen play is ruled out.
Now if those screens didn't have to be flat, THAT would open up some potential.
It didn't really click with me. I suppose that I can now also throw any of the DMC's and Ninja Gaidens from my gaming bucket list. I liked the style of it all, but found the combo system to be mostly superfluous. I prefered W101 because of how elegant and transparent its combo system is when compared to that of Bayonetta. But that's perhaps just me.
You may like Devil May Cry 1, because that game came out before the whole action genre craze of super hard difficulty levels and frustration really took off. That first game is more like a cross between Castlevania and Resident Evil. After that it totally changed. And you may like Ninja Gaiden because its more about timed combat more than just crazy moves all over the place. They can be tough, but you can tone the difficulty down.
It's not that I didn't like the challenge or enjoyed (most of) the game, it was more the feeling that the game could have been just as good, if not better, if there only had been a quarter of the combo's. I kept resorting to the same 2 wicked weaves (well, that and the spanking one). Any other combo's were triggered by accident as I was trying to pull off other stuff. Perhaps I didn't play the game as it was intended, I never got the hang of launching foes in the air for one.
New Image of Splatoon.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Well the whole point of these new screens is that they can be cut to any shape, so I dont mean a tablet with no controls, they can still have sticks and buttons and whatever. I just mean the whole thing, the whole shell can be a screen which would look cool. Of course your hands would cover certain parts so you have to use it carefully.
Anyhow I found a cool website called Den of Geek - nothing to do with me - it's cool, focused on mainly sci fi/superhero movies and TV news with the odd game thrown in. I went through about 30 archived pages of news last Sunday. Great site.
