Bayonetta 2 - EDGE review details 10/10
"Bayonetta, twirling away from a gigantic demon’s maw and smacking the highest choir of angels on the nose, has just given Wii U its first true classic"nintendoeverything.com impressions gamingeek
CVG: 8/10 - Before Creative Assembly honoured sci-fi's seminal horror film, there were dozens of Aliens games (I'm blaming you for Colonial Marines, Cameron). Now, there's precisely one Alien game. Could it do with a little trimming and better optimisation? Absolutely. But lock yourself in a dark room with a good pair of headphones, and Isolation's thrilling chills mean this is one ET you'll never want to go home.
GamesRadar: 4.5/5 - Those of you brave enough--those of you tired of existing video game approximations of survival and horror, and craving a real test of your skills, instincts and nerves--will find a bounty of thrilling, engrossing, profoundly fulfilling rewards. If you truly embrace it, then during its most powerful moments, Alien: Isolation will probably make you feel more alive than a video game has in years.
OXM: 9/10 - Unique stealth-horror thriller that combines great pacing and smart design with razor-sharp AI that's unpredictable in all the right ways. It's an arduous undertaking, but it begs to be experienced.
Eurogamer: 8/10 - A shorter, sharper campaign would condense the high points more potently, and some better characterisation would make the plot twists hit harder. But if you're looking for a game that really sinks its teeth into what makes this iconic movie monster endure, look no further.
IGN: 5.9/10 - It may seem strange to complain that a game's too long, but when the genuine scares of being hunted by an unstoppable predator are so diluted by repetition and padding, Isolation's epic length really does work against it. Someday, someone is going to make an incredible Alien video game that checks every box. But, sadly, Isolation is not it.
GameSpot: 6/10 - Alien: Isolation provides us a glimpse into a future that holds the Alien game you've always wanted. It is not, however, the vessel that carries you there.
Guardian: 5/5 - This terrifying game is a passionate homage to a horror classic, and a rich, well-designed stealth experience in its own right. Giger's monstrous alien is, for the first time in a video game, as formidable and menacing as it was in the films.
UK sites seem to like it, U.S ones not so much. In short, it's been Zombi U-ed.
Archie! I just senta friend request to U via Wii U. Also sent one to that vile robot too!
Oh, and it was not easy. There was dust to dust off my Upad, stoopid updates to contend with, and legal documents to read and agree to, which I most certainly do NOT agree with, but I have to since I alreay paid a ridiculous price for this damned thing, and NIntendo knows it. They gots us all by the balls!
Hmm. To accept or not accept. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
I really enjoyed my time with Bayonetta 2 and was basically in a constant state of bemusement over the very over-the-top nature of the game, even as it left me more than a bit mentally exhausted. It plays well and looks great, but suffers from a lot of little polish problems and plot holes—though I suspect fans will easily be able to overlook them. Simply put, Bayonetta 2 is Bayonetta dialed up to 11; so if that sounds great to you, don't hesitate to pick this one up.
Well, I rented Destiny. I wanted Shadows of Mordor, but they didn't have it to rent so I settled.
Travo, about Shadow of Mordor on PS3, I'm afraid I have some bad news...
You may want to wait until you get a next gen system to play it.
PS3 and 360 versions have been delayed until November and I have heard it was because they set them aside to work on the next gen games; they weren't developed in house...
...and they severely gimped the Nemesis system on the last gen versions...
Sorry! I know how much you like that style of game too. I didn't have the heart to tell you sooner. You may want to rent it first when it comes out anyway, just to be sure...

Friend request ... accepted.
Edge you lying bastard, I played for hours more on AC4 and still not finished. Just raided some Portugease flag when the U crashed.
Next step is to actually post something on Miiverse, this goes for the Hamster too.

And now you're hours closer to fiishing the game, thanks to me!

Alright, I do believe it's time for the Christopher Rice story.
Not drunk enough to tell it yet, but let's just say it involves:
Mardi Gras masks
Middle pants
Nightsticks...
Large Dicks
A Louisiana Cop sent into stop,
but ultimately joining in...
A "Public Display of Lewdness"
Happy Frigay, All!

I kind of figured it would be gimped, but I was gonna give it a shot anyhow. Oh well, guess I chose...wisely.
I already have! Did you already forget my amazing hamster drawing I sent to everyone?
I didn't receive that!
Lol. Maybe I'll wait and just get it with PS4.....in 2017.
Liar! I just checked Miiverse, and you not only recieved it, you responded with a handwritten "LOL"!
GG responded twith "Finally using Miiverse!"
Must've forgotten. Glad to see you using you the U again.
Yeah, I'm "using" my Wii U again. Too bad there aren't any games I want to play on it.
I think I may have just geeked out for the first time.
I was playing Smash Bros. for 3DS as Mega Man...
I was fighting Samus Aran.
The noise of the Mega Buster being fired, Samus dropping her Morph Ball bombs...
I got caught up in the moment...
I think it moved, Jerry...
